Clear picture and sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 58" smart tv is impressive. If planning on mounting please be advised that no mounting screws are included with the tv. Once we were able to get the tv mounted we were impressed with the clarity of the picture and the quality of the sound. Setting up the tv itself was easy. Setting up the apps for streaming was a tad difficult resulting from the small buttons on the remote. We kept having to start over due to accidently hitting the home button unintentionally. We have loved the ease of going from app to app and the easy to understand home menu. The television has light sensing which adjusts the brightness to the light in the room, this has been a surprisingly nice addition. It is amazing what a difference it can make when a light geta turned off or on while watching the tv. We are still learning what all the tv can do but we are sure impressed with what we have already got a chance to experience.
Was good while it lasted...
i bought it november 2020. now it's jan 2022, this morning the tv screen went black and appears to keep turning on and off. remote controller's not working, nor does the power button. the previous tv we owned from different brand lasted well over 6 or 7 years and it didn't have technical problem when we decided to change tv either. i'm not sure if it's just i'm unlucky with this product or are the smart tvs nowadays all have short lives... but i'm pretty disappointed , as this was our first smart tv and i loved all the functions.

Great TV, only a couple things I would change
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great, the value was unbeatable, and I love that I can access all of the applications I use frequently. The remote could use some reconfiguring. The arrow buttons are too close in location and feel to the surrounding buttons, so I am constantly exiting out of a search before I have completed typing it, or accessing Samsung TV Plus. When I click "home" it would be nice to go to a legitimate home dashboard vs. staying in the application I am currently in, or defaulting to Samsung TV Plus on occasion.
Great picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and viewing angles, have no complaints when looking at this tv from anywhere in the room. Sound is also more than acceptable for my usage. The only real complaint I have is the UI is a bit sluggish moving around menus and between apps. Also it does seem to lose connection to my wifi more frequently than any other device I use in the house. Overall very happy with the purchase and would recommend.
Clear picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very pleased with my purchase. The picture is beyond clear. Not a lot of useless pre-installed applications and wasy set up.. I just have two things that stopped me from giving a 5 star. System not easy to navigate to adjust picture size. The biggest pet peeve I have is the poor quality remote and no back lighting to the remote.
SO CLEAR
first off, i love this tv. worth every penny! ive had it for about 2 weeks now and heres what i have to say tv quality is phenomenal and i couldnt see myself with anything less than 4k now. 65" is very big. when you're in the store comparing sizes, 65 doesn't look too bad, but once it's in your house thats another story. however, after a while i warmed up to the size. set up was pretty easy, just connect to wifi and create an account. it took about 30 minutes. the remote is confortable to use too lastly, the stand that it comes with is actually really sturdy! i was worried a tv so big on those tiny legs might fall over if someone were to bump into the table its on but i attempted shaking the table and bumping into it and the tv didn't budge.
slow & turns on by itself
had the tv for about a week and ever since i turned it on the control-tv response is extremely slow. i hate the remote control. i've had 3 other samsung tv with the small control that i love, and got this 2020 uhd with a classic style remote control. very disappointed. the tv has turned itself on a few times already, and i read its happened to other people too. so this is real problem.

Great TV but not user friendly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for cable watching and streaming. It has great clarity and looks amazing. The apps are harder to find than on other tv's I've had and the remote is bunched with many buttons that I feel are unnecessary in this day and age. Overall a good buy though.
It's okay
i think it has a nice picture and its thin ans low profile, but the menu is quite cumbersome and for thr lofe of me i can't get the remote to work with my xfinity cable box. i've tried to uninstall and reinstall the remote multiple times. it will work for a short period and then it stops. so frustrating. the sound is also a bit subpar. definitely worse than the lg it replaced.

Crystal clear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of the tv is phenomenal. It's true to its name being crystal clear. You are able to view full picture quality from all angles. The tv is extremely sleek and thin. The back of the tv has a modern pinstripe finish. I mounted the tv on a tv stand and it was extremely light and easy to do. I love there is hardly any bezel around the screen. The audio seems standard to my other smart tvs, nothing to spectacular but that's to be expected. The remote has dedicated buttons to quickly go to netflix or prime video. I really enjoy all of the free tv apps. However with having so many options the tv does lag while scrolling thru the menus. Overall it is a great tv to watch movies and play video games on. I also would of liked more hdmi ports to support more devices being connected to the television. The Samsung crystal uhd is a great budget choice tv that I feel confident in recommending. “I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion”
