It is very easy to navigate and I love how I can access all my devices like my cable, firestick, and gaming systems all with one remote. The Bluetooth feature is awesome because I can wirelessly connect my sound bar to this TV so I don't have a bunch of messy cords under and around my TV. This TV also works with the Samsung Smart Things app which is so handy because I can also control the TV with my smart phone. And I love how the TV shows me reminders of when my Samsung stove is done preheating or my food I have cooking is done right on my TV. This feature is especially handy for forgetful people like me that get involved in a movie or game and forget I was in even cooking. The picture quality on this TV is amazing colors are so vibrant and bright, movies and games really come alive on this TV. The sound quality is also amazing its very clear and crisp. I only added my soundbar and subwoofer to enhance the bass when I'm watching movies or gaming because I like a more surrounded sound experience. Setup of this TV was simple and quick which I also was very pleased about. I recommend this TV to anyone in the market for a new one.

The leg installation was very easy as they just snapped on. Everything looked good upon getting it powered on. The screen size at 65 inches and the picture were flawless with brilliant colors. My living room looks like a theater. One feature I liked was the option to use it with Alexia. The remote was another feature I liked very much. It's self setup was a breeze. The tv is a must buy. Samsung makes a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV mainly for streaming and video games, the HDR option is a must have and 4k and FPS is fantastic for such a TV i play high quality video games that require a lot of graphics and the speakers are also pretty cool it can even give you a 3d like sound! The only downside I'd say is one, the controller has too many buttons should be more slick and simple, also the menu is a bit too chunky ( too much going on within the quick apps) and the interface of hovering from app to app icon is laggy/not consistant

I've never had any issues with Samsung so when I decided to upgrade from my little 32” I was about to go for the 55” but then I saw this one. Clear and crisp picture, sound is great as well, no real need for a sound bar. Setup was easy and luckily I haven't experienced any wifi or picture issues. Remote is easy to use as well as the built in apps and App Store is user friendly. You can't go wrong with Samsung! I'm happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you click on the menu, it's just a bar that pops up, it takes long to find an app, since you have to keep clicking on next to get to it. It'll be nice if the menu has an actual pop up full screen where we can get to the location we would like to get to faster.

i had an a 40 inch samsung hd tv for more than 10/13 years and i had gotten this tv as an early hanukkah gift from mom & dad and i've had this tv just over 2 months now and well its been outstanding it was easy to set up thanks to using smartthings app on my samsung s8 note the only issue i had with this tv which i fixed was the flicking which i thought was glitching the tv but then i found out my powerstrip was overloaded which fixed it! the only negatives are a small remote and only 2 hdmi ports and only 1 usb ports so i had to use a usb hub to add more usb devices! but the tv is great and its a must if you want an entry 4k uhd tv

ww bought the samsung 75” crystal last month for our den, it was easy to set up, and the picture quality is absolutely amazing!! crisp vibrant picture which seems to really draw you into whatever program you are watching. i was impressed with the sound as well, it has a great sound design . we had a 70” vizo before this purchase. this samsung definitely has a superior picture and sound quality. the remote is well laid out with a user friendly design. loads of features you can customize!! would totally buy this again, a great set at a very reasonable price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was simple enough to get this in use pretty quick. I do love that it is so much easier to mirror from my phone with this tv. It can easily be used by itself without the need of other devices because it has apps already loaded on it. I was so surprised that it also had the sumsung channels on it as well so if you don't have an antenna, you can use the Samsung free channel and still enjoy watching TV and there are a lot of channels on it. The remote has premade buttons and it works with my firestick. There is a guide built in it, making it easy to see whats coming on next. This is a very nice smart tv to have as an upgrade. I would recommend this tv!

The trim is very smooth and sleek and looks very aesthetically pleasing and modern, in the home, I love to use this TV for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, YouTube, Disney+, and so much more! It has tremendous speed for streaming and the software design is very easy to use. The universal remote is wonderful and easy to use once you get the hang of where everything is. You can customize your smart hub section and I love that! The TV speakers are great however I already have a sound bar and sub in my room. You can do so many things on this TV making it so versatile and that is amazing to me. The only con to this TV is the power chord is on the left side of the TV while the other inputs are on the right, not a very good design when trying to hide chords in the wall or tying them together. Overall a wonderful TV and I would definitely recommend to anyone!
