Great features

I love the clarity of the TV and the many features they have specifically I can connect my phone to the TV really easy. I love samsung tvs.

Best tv ever bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best tv I've ever bought After buying Samsung for the first time I'm a customer for life the company really thinks of everything the only thing I wish they would improve is more apps for the smart tv and more storage for the apps and the option to take off unwanted apps for storage but other than that excellent tv

Feels like a movie screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased this TV two years ago, I was pleasantly surprised with what I bought. This is easily one of the best electronic purchases I ever made. It was definitely an upgrade from the previous television I had. Not only does the TV feel like a movie screen, it comes with a variety of streaming apps to download. I have no complaints with my TV. As a matter of fact, I never had any issues with Samsung appliances or electronics.

Having singal issues, even after full reset of TV

i'm not sure what is going on, we exchanged my lg tv for a samsung thinking it was the tv itself. we would be wacthing tv and all of a sudden, the hdmi would lose signal. this is an ongoing problem and i'm not sure how to fix it. i even got one of those flex boxes through comcast to see if it would make a difference and it didn't. would give it more better rating but this issue i keep having with the hdmi signal is really getting on my last nerve. not sure what i can do to keep this issue from happening again. i've tried google searching and i'm not able to find any answers as to why this keeps happening or what i can do to fix it.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps: 1) Power off all HDMI devices connected to TV 2) Disconnect all HDMI cables from TV 3) Power off and unplug the TV's power cord from the wall outlet 4) Press and hold the TV power button for 30 seconds 5) Reconnect HDMI cables back to HDMI ports on TV 6) Re-plug the TV's power cord back into the wall outlet and check the TV. Our New Living Room TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our living room TV. We watch movies and love the steaming capabilities of the TV. The only downside to this TV is that it only has 2 HDMI ports. Makes it hard to connect stereo, DVD player and any streaming device like Fire TV.

65 inch crystal uhd

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with my purchase of my Crystal uhd tv. Not a top of the line model but I feel the picture quality is real good. Especially for the cost of this 65 inch tv. I'm using the tv mostly for streaming tv shows and movies where my brother has hooked up some gaming systems. All have looked great. Recently found out how easy it was to cast from my phone to the tv.

My First Samsung Smart TV and it's good so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung Smart TV bought 3 mos ago and it's good so far. There's a lot of apps. Samsung TV Plus is also good. I just wish I could reposition the apps in my homescreen. Also wishing this model had Alexa built-in. But overall, this smart TV is good.

Very Disapointing

I bought this TV in April 2020 and by August 2020 I already had a house call for technical support. They changed the LCD screen to a brand new one, however, 2 days later I experienced the flickering again .. Before buying this TV i had read the poor reviews but I wanted to give it a chance as its brand new. BIG mistake. The whole experience was terrible. The technicians that came to my house did NOT wear a mask and they were also very early for the appointment time i set up. I was out and planned my morning so that I would have enough time for me to be back in time for my booked appt. They were very early and i told them they are not supposed to be here, and they said yeah we were running ahead of time. I replied that they could have at least called, and completely disregarded it. I am overall very disappointed.

The Worst TV I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not wanna turn on, just turning it on takes five minutes every time, every time you go to turn it on you have to unplug it, we had to go through the set up at least five times, Not happy with this TV

You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. (4) If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care Please be sure you have the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. Great Tv
