Not enough apps to download

the tv is good have a good quality but the problem is that its not like a roku tv that lets you search for any app availble loke for example usa network i can download the app on roku tv but samsung tv doesnt even have ot and is a free app why? like other apps i had search and nothing, and the controller lags a lot when u searching or switching it lags so bad so those are the flaws i dont like about it but other than that its ok

Great while it lasted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watched TV. Streaming and watching cable TV. Also used for you tube. The picture and sound was good. Therein lies the problem the TV lasted just past a year. The factory warranty expired before the screen went black...

Please know that your TV is backed by a 3-year limited manufacturer's warranty, including authorized repair for manufacturer defect, if purchased brand-new directly from an authorized seller. If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue; is the most common problem when there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it outputs to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. It's All About the Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and sound, but the best feature is the incredible simplicity of connecting other devices.I can connect my MacBook Air with one click, including both picture and sound-both are outstanding, the sound on the Samsung is better.Zoom and Go To Meeting are an entirely upgraded experience.I can actually read Excel spreadsheets without having to increase the size so much that most of the worksheet is out of view (like in the MacBook Air).Connecting to Amazon and Netflix is also simple.This is the easiest set up of any TV I have ever owned.

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because it had Bluetooth and I want to use my AirPods to be able to listen to the TV and not disturb anyone in my house then decided to stream on Amazon and couldn't believe how crystal clear the quality was and then hooked my Xbox one S up to it and was blown away by how well the HDR was! Way better than the LG TV that I have so I'm thinking about buying another one larger for the living room awesome Samsung TV!

This product is okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only issue i have with this TV is that it never seems to want to stay connected to the internet or has internet connectivity issues. Its been like that since out the box, i gave up and just decided to use a firestick with it.

TV Failed - Poor Quality

tv was used in a media room and light to moderate use. initially tv would struggle to start up and if turned off and on several times it would startup normally but eventually tv failed for good. tv tries to startup but gets stuck at the boot up screen and continually cycles through showing samsung powered by tizen then blank screen and then tizen and the blank screen- you get the picture even if i don't get a picture. first time samsung has let me down.

It's A Dream Come True

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TU7000 smart tv 2020 has everything I'm looking for and makes for an excellent tv, the picture is clear and crisp, and the design is super nice thin and slick, it's thin enough to mount on the wall and not stick out, it also has great sound. This tv is great for a gaming TV. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the Samsung TU7000 I have zero complaints about this product, and I definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for an excellent low cost TV with lots of great features.

great value for sure
