We purchased our 65" TV near the end of January. We have been pleased with the extra features such as Samsung TV, Prime TV and Tubi. Nice, crisp picture, too. A bit of a concern was that on Feb 28/23 , we turned the TV on and had a picture but no volume. We Googled it, and their suggestion to unplug and the restart fixed the issue. However, the Tubi wasn't accessible for awhile. Should we be concerned about the loss of volume? Is this a common thing? Overall we are loving it.

I bought a Samsung for my son for Xmas and discovered how mine paled in comparison. I purchased this one for myself and couldn't believe the difference and how much better it is. The picture quality is so clear, the blacks in the background are black, and the bluetooth feature is an added bonus. I've always been partial to Samsung products. My first big screen was a 56" DLP and worked great for 12 years until I sold it to buy my prior 65" and it still had the original bulb in it. I currently have this TU7000 tv, T50M sound bar, and Samsung blu-ray player. They all complement each other for a great viewing and sound experience.

The color and sound of the tv are really nice and clear. We liked that it is compatible with amazon Alexa. It does pause randomly every know and then, other than that we love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once powered up, I found the remote control to be very simple, and surprisingly intuitive. I give the remote 4 stars for two reasons: the buttons are not back-lit or visible at all in the dark, and the remote is small and black which means I lost it three times in one night of viewing. * The quality of the graphics are very good. The screen is very reflective which can be bothersome for daytime viewing. I would have included a picture, but the tv behaved like a mirror and I didn't want to post a selfie. * The smart features were very intuitive, and highly functional. Within minutes I had set up access for YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and HBO Max. This was the main reason for me to upgrade from my 55" Samsung screen, which was nearly 10 yrs old. * I plugged in my Chromecast, and the TV recognized it and began offering Google Assistant as a voice command option. * I still haven't figured out how to get Ambient mode working. It isn't important for me anyway, so I gave up. I may try again in the future out of morbid curiosity. * I have a separate Sony stereo receiver with bookshelf speakers. I plugged in the optical cable and HDMI, and it worked immediately. The two devices "talk" to each other, so I only need to use the remote that came with the TV. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. The interface is now much simpler than what I had before. I'm a tech person by trade, so the added complexity I used to deal with didn't bother me.

Sound quality is good though if using a Firestick, I have to jack the volume up super high to get the volume of the regular 26 level on the TV. Could use an additional USB port. Overall, worth the money!

We love the picture and sound quality, and the ability to access all our favorite streaming sites. Plus, the ability to use your phone as a remote control is a bonus. Happy to say I can finally see what show I'm watching without glasses. A great deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Samsung tv for 2 years now and I've enjoyed it completely and adjusted the settings to my liking not only that the game mode refresh rate helps smoothing my gameplay and the sounds is clear and enough bass from a tv and with my Samsung sound system and now Samsung is my go to brand with tv and sound system.

•takes 0.5-5 seconds for the tv to respond to the remote •blurry a lot of the time •after about 2 weeks netflix started getting very grainy and impossible to watch. it eventually went back to normal after about a week • although not roomfilling, sound quality is good and clear •tv is very bright and has vivid colors which made up for the ok picture
