Great TV Great Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My tv is used for at least half of a 24hour day since the pandemic began. Overall picture quality is excellent. The only image quality issues I have are Comcast related. I'm surprised there hasn't been an operating system update yet. One thing I don't like about my tv is that there aren't any red, white, and yellow ports for connecting devices such as a Play Station 1 or a average DVD player. Because of this I had to buy HDMI adapters for both which affects image quality. I wish I would have reviewed the specs more thoroughly before purchasing. One other thing that bothers me is that my model doesn't have voice control but yet in accessibility settings there supposedly a way to activate BIXBY by agreeing to terms etc. I was unable to do so. My thinking if it is available in accessibility settings why not just make this model ALEXA enabled??? Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

Perfect upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a 50” inch TV to this model and have been pleased! The picture quality is sharp and crisp. I like the different modes for the brightness, as we can adjust them very well for whatever we are watching. The sound is actually really good too; we had considered buying a soundbar for our old TV. With this TV, we don't need one! Very pleased with the performance of this TV.

Setup Not User Friendly

Challenging Setup

this is my second samsung. i have not completed setup on the 32 inch either because setup is now challenging and i consider myself computer savvy. setting up my 2017 samsung was a breeze. setting up my 2021 32 inch was not easy. the serial number covered up when hung on wall. the google app is not on the 50 inch and for some reason search is not finding the philo app. why does samsung select the pre-ch? frustrated customer.

Don't waste your money

only one year parts and labor? ridiculous! i bought this tv on 08/22/2020 and loved it - great picture, great sound, great size for our wall. then on march 3, we were watching the news and the screen flickered, then black screen of death. tried the troubleshooting on this site, no go. called the closest repair shop - it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be repair (if it could even be repaired) and would cost us more than what we paid for it. do not waste your money. i thought samsung was a quality company with quality products. i am severely disappointed and will not buy a samsung product again.

This product is an upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 2014 Samsung tv, it was just too slow for me. This 2020 Samsung tv is much faster switching applications, the image while playing video games are much clearer, and the image while watching movies are much lively. I have the 65” but I want to purchase the 75” in the near future.

Great tv

The tv has all the great apps and options I wanted and it's is pretty cool. Its very simple to operate while still being technically advance. The sound is really good too. I listen to my music and jam out, it has good bass.

Great TV, limited app selection from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've loved everything about the performance. The interface is solid (could be smoother) but the app selection given by Samsung isn't fantastic. There is no twitch app, no NHL.TV app, not sure if there is a nfl or nba app. Overall I really enjoy the TV and I'm fortunate enough to have a ps4 to stream on.

Best television that I have gotten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the easiest television to setup. The picture and sound is outstanding. Being able to control it by Alexa and my phone is a plus. Access to the apps is easy and easy to setup and configure. I could not ask for a better television. Samsung provides outstanding products as we have a bunch and never have problems with any. We have 3 Samsung tv's now, tablets, phones, and watches. The products are very affordable and great quality I would recommend them to anyone as I have to all my friends. As a disabled veteran I look for the best and I have got it with Samsung televisions.

Samsung will always be number one!

Everything from refrigerator stove microwave down to our tablets smart phones and TV are Samsung brand not because the name but because of the company themselves and how the customer service representative always takes care of everyone! They go above and beyond to try and make the situation better than it was before. Our smart tvs are amazing not having to spend extra money for an app box but to know that it's built into the TV so that's saving even more money! The picture quality and the sharp picture makes everything you watch that much more better it almost feels like it's right there in your living room. If I could change anything honestly the only thing I'd like more is to have more apps and games kinda like integrating the app store even more for the best TV experience!

The perfect TV to access Samsung ecosystem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for recreational use in my bedroom. It is the perfect size and the viewing angles are amazing. I love that I can access Weverse through it, and the remote is simple to use. It looks good, sounds good, and it super lightweight (not that weight really matters to most people but it's nice to be able to move it around easily when necessary). I love the minimal bezels, it basically melts away and feels like it's all screen. 10/10 would recommend and would personally purchase again.
