Interface Could be Better

i love the picture since that was the mail reason purchased the tv. the only issue is the interface it lags, i had to search for the apps i wanted, was unable to remove apps the tv came with enough though i wasn't going to use them. our 1st tv was a roku which was very easy to use compared to samsung they just had a terrible picture.

Love it....but

totally impressed by the picture wuality, ease of set up and use. there are a limited amount of apps available to download which is a bit disappointing. i did notice that hdr content played "dark" with no controls to adequately improve the picture. after remote management assistance i was told the hdr control option was being worked on for a future software update. besides that a good product for its cost.

Excellent quality!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung 65” tv.!! The picture is of the highest quality and the features are simple to use. I don't subscribe to cable any longer, so the Samsung TV Plus free channels are a definite plus for me. This is my first smart tv and I was amazed how simple it was to learn to navigate . I subscribe to several streaming channels and the picture quality is amazing.

Better than I could imagine!

We purchased the TU7000 82" ~6mos. ago from the Brick. It took two guys to deliver it and they also recommend 2 people to set it up (which I soon discovered why... this thing is HUGE!!!... even storing the cardboard box was a tad difficult & I can't imagine EVER having to move this thing.... it'd take a truck and a few hours to move it) The TV is excellent! The display is so much different from any of our previous TV's - - the people/animals on the screen look lifelike (it's difficult to describe but it's as if they come alive ... vs. other tv's). The only negative is >> the sound isn't the greatest and definitely need to be using a soundbar /surround sound /external speakers and for some reason both of our soundbars aren't compatible with the tv & am now looking to purchase another one.

the price and clear picture

this is my 1st big screen...a few things i'm not keen of is that the legs are not very sturdy and the tv can tip over if bumped or moved very hard for dusting..also it does have a green overtone to the screen which is hard to adjust thru the menu...and there are not enough connections on the tv for additional devices and there are no rca jacks that a lot of devices still use...i like the sound of the tv..even tho i have a theater surround sound system which i can't hook up until i get a cable with hdmi plug and rca jacks...it takes a while to learn the screens but like the selections....i thought it was suppose to have roku in it too??

Picture is decent but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first month I had the tv everything was sluggish and slow and I tried finding updates repeatedly and powering off/unplugging etc but nothing seemed to fix the slowness, I'm talking 2 seconds to respond to a button push, I use a pc so once its set its not a massive issue but the other issue i had was every time I switched inputs the tv powered off. Then miraculously after a month or so one day I accidently unplugged it while the tv was on and those issues disappeared. I'd unplugged it while it was off/asleep at least a dozen times trying to fix this so if anyone else has the same issue keep trying to unplug it while on lol

Good Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review for basic/standard tv user, after several months of use (Just upgraded from old tube tv). Apps: This tv has all the basics: various apps for tv streaming (like Netflix, Disney+, Prime, etc.) Varios music/video streaming (Amazon music, YouTube, etc.), Samsung streaming, plus regular analog tv (antenna). Ease of external connections: Also tested with Wii system, dvd player, Chromecast, and sounds bar. Very easy to connect these external systems/players. Note: does not have RCA cable connection option. But a simple converter RCA to HDMI does the trick. Audio/Sound: Sound without soundbar is good enough for me. But have the soundbar as extra for others ( although it's rarely used, honestly). WiFi connectivity. I've had no issues so far. Easy to set up, and connection has been good. For reference, I have basic internet only option. Visual/Display: So far, good. No issues.

Samsung Owner Dissapointed

i have owned several samsungs at home and decided to purchase this one … the color was great and everything worked as expected with local channels; however, with amazon fire tv and sling app the colors were different and not as clear… the amazon fire stick was the same 4k stick i had with a previous toshiba 4k tv that i was replacing … i tried resetting the amazon fire stick and changed settings of tv but it was still not to our satisfaction so we decided to return this tv and bought a lower level tv, insignia, a best buy brand …. everything has been working fine including the same colors on local channels and on fire stick apps/channels without the need to reset or adjust any settings.

Excellent picture
