With the Samsung SmartThings app I'm able to connect to the TV quickly and easily with my phone. A great feature to be able to mirror my phone on my TV whenever I'd like to. Lastly with the Samsung soundbar connected the sound is incredible. This TV has a very vivid picture, is lightweight, then, and versatile.

I like the fact that it can get so bright especially for bright environments or dark enough so it's not too harsh on the eyes. The TV is always a go-to for all my streaming, whether that's watching videos on YouTube or playing video games. This TV can pull off anything.

The only downside is that at times, it randomly disconnects from the internet even though the internet connection to other thing such as tablet and phones are perfectly fine.

It recognized my Blu-ray as soon as i plugged it in and configured the remote for control of the player. Apple devices stream to it with no issues. Wi-Fi setup was easy and adding apps for streaming services was a breeze. All in all very pleasantly surprised and the picture quality is fantastic too.

I helped her son set this tv up and it could not have been more simple! The television is super light weight and easy to hook all the wires and cords to. The best part though came when we turned the television on. The quality of the picture is fabulous! We enjoy watching movies, live-streams, news, and everything on this television. We do not have cable and use an antenna along with streaming services. The surprise of all of the Samsung channels made it even greater. We have been using the tv for over a month now and it has been nothing short of great entertainment.

Beautiful picture, great features and apps, and easy enough to navigate that my 72 year old mother, who is not tech savvy, has no problems. It had been years since we'd upgraded our TV, and we've had such fun discovering all this one has to offer. We're still figuring out some of the features and continue to be amazed! We're a football (soccer) loving family, and watching matches has been so much fun and and we keep saying, "Just look at it! The clarity is phenomenal. I can't get over it." This has definitely enhanced our enjoyment of watching television again. The only draw back, for us, is the sound. It definitely could be louder. We find that we have to really move to the higher end of the volume bar to adequately hear it when watching movies and tv shows. The sound issue would have made me give it that extra star to hit 5 stars.

I'm so disappointed. We bought this TV at the store literally talking about how we trusted the Samsung brand. Two weeks later, the TV has started to randomly act out. It will cut the sound, replace it with a weird stuttering and won't respond to the remote. The only solution is to unplug it and turn it back on. I'm so thankful we're still within the return period and we didn't put the effort into putting on the wall yet. We'll be returning it and purchasing something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was very easy to set up. Easy step by step hook up as soon as I put in WIFI log in and password it started to connect to Samsung channels. It was easy to set up all our streaming apps. The picture is great. I have it set up on the wall in the master bedroom and we only stream at this time. I also hooked the TV up to a small digital antenna. I was amazed how many channels it picked up, more then all my other TVs I have. It takes a few minutes to figure out the remote once it is done you can maneuver any where you want. I cant complaint about anything on this TV. I love my Samsung 4k Smart TV.

We're enjoying the great picture whether it's a sitcom, movie or sporting event. We're also happy with the sound quality. The connectivity with our apps is seamless, and other than remembering to hit return instead of exit in the app, it's easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once powered up, I found the remote control to be very simple, and surprisingly intuitive. I give the remote 4 stars for two reasons: the buttons are not back-lit or visible at all in the dark, and the remote is small and black which means I lost it three times in one night of viewing. * The quality of the graphics are very good. The screen is very reflective which can be bothersome for daytime viewing. I would have included a picture, but the tv behaved like a mirror and I didn't want to post a selfie. * The smart features were very intuitive, and highly functional. Within minutes I had set up access for YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and HBO Max. This was the main reason for me to upgrade from my 55" Samsung screen, which was nearly 10 yrs old. * I plugged in my Chromecast, and the TV recognized it and began offering Google Assistant as a voice command option. * I still haven't figured out how to get Ambient mode working. It isn't important for me anyway, so I gave up. I may try again in the future out of morbid curiosity. * I have a separate Sony stereo receiver with bookshelf speakers. I plugged in the optical cable and HDMI, and it worked immediately. The two devices "talk" to each other, so I only need to use the remote that came with the TV. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. The interface is now much simpler than what I had before. I'm a tech person by trade, so the added complexity I used to deal with didn't bother me.
