Has all features and Required softwares . The 4K experience is awesome and best in its class , given the price range . The remote is best with all required button and dedicated keys for online video channel , like Netflix , prime . You can connect to headphones, portable speakers via Bluetooth and you can enjoy your movies, shows with a bliss . The TV is slim compared to other brands which makes it fit without occupying extra space. Awesome 4K picture quality and experience. Would recommended to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung TV is used on a daily basis primarily for streaming and gaming, and some times is used for school and studies, or the built in feature to connect your phone to the TV is just amazing. TV has many great features and apps for easy and accessible choices and can be used for just about anything you need. Needless to say, the control is even more accessible as you don't have to much trouble finding what you are looking for within at any given moment. The built in connectivity ports are easy to reach and built in LAN cable options is one of the best features as it gives your TV more quality streaming, gaming and faster internet searching. The sleep timer option on the TV is great and whenever I need help with anything I don't understand, the E-manual is also very helpful and easy to find. The quality of the sound and picture is just what you would expect and want from a TV of this size. The wide array of options of apps you can add t your TV is great and only adds to the wide range of features this TV offers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up in the 50's with B&W TV. I waited a long time for hi-def and lg. screen TV. The resolution is awesome and the colors are great. My only con is the speakers are pointed down instead of toward the viewer, makig the sound somewhat muffled. I'v had it now for six months with no problems.

loved the picture, everything about it for 6 days. left the room for 30 minutes, came back and the picture was crazy! all sorts of colors all over the place and you couldn't even tell what was supposed to be on the screen. used the remote and turned the tv off. it never came on again. using a mirror, i can see the power button underneath the tv. when i click the power button on the remote, the little red light flashes. otherwise, no red light at all. i have researched and nothing i have tried has worked. called for service. by the way, the first one i had delivered had a smashed screen. it's the samsung 55-inch class crystal uhd tu-7000 series. replaced remote batteries, plugged tv directly into the outlet (verified outlet was working). tried many things other than taking the tv apart!

It's been 2.5 Years now, no issues reported... smart tv feature used daily and find it really smart choice at that price that time. Only improvement could be Voice search and pointed typing in the remote could have enhanced our joy.

The one issue we had was flickering, but after turning off the auto-brightness and adjusting a few other display settings, it hasn't been a problem.

Cost about the same and somehow has worse specs than my one-year-old 49” Samsung that no longer turns on. Maybe the loss in performance will be made up in durability. Older style remote was a bit of a surprise and loss in voice control was a bummer for my young children

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV was easy to setup with a crystal clear picture and excellent sound quality. The only downside and I mean only downside to this TV is sometimes when using my xbox the TV will flicker off for a few seconds before the picture appearing
