I am very impressed with the picture and sound quality for both my streaming services and gaming. Very happy to have this Samsung TV with a brand I can trust will last. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this TV. So thankful that we got selected to purchase this TV at a discounted price, test it and ultimately keep it. We were so ready for an update to a flat screen TV vs a tube TV, and so much lighter to move. The one thing I can really say WOW about is the picture quality of the Samsung. It's so crisp and bright. There is no lag in the picture. No matter what type of lighting in the house, you always get good sharp images. The sound is great. You barely need to put up the volume to get sounds like being in the movies...bass.

the sound on this tv is absolutley terrible. dont buy it. this is why they want and push the sound bars. brands like visio etc have better sound volume wise. i own a lot if different brands on tv amd this was my first samsaung and im very disappointed.

Its such a joy to stream my favorite super hero movies on this TV. Looking forward to buy another one for the game room.

overall a good product. i would be fully satisfied if it didn't show one annoying problem. i needed it as a smart tv wirelessly watching content on the internet. on the third day of having it after all my apps were set the tv lost wifi connection. it kept giving me "wrong password" error until i reset it to factory settings wiping out all my apps and login passwords. it happened again one day later. what i think hopefully fixed the problem was that i disabled the auto firmware updates. did it really fix it? did it really mean anything i don't know? will wait and see. i am taking one star away for this unpleasant experience.

I also very much like the easy access app buttons on the remote for Netflix and Amazon Prime. I could not be happier with my purchase and have had no issues thus far.

The integration with Xbox has been great which means that i no longer have to use that controller, just the Samsung one. I can also use the TV controller to manage my Samsung home theater system which I was not expecting. Always love Samsung.
