From having an app to control the TV, to having an App Store on the tv to download wanted apps/material, my tv really is a joy. The size is amazing and the quality is great.

I like this TV for the most part, but I am extremely disappointed in the Alexa interface. I can use Alexa to turn the TV on and control the volume, and change channels when watching Samsung+, but that's about it. It won't work with the YouTube TV app. There is a feature that supposedly makes the TV recall the last channel viewed when you turn it on. (Unless you want the default channel to be YouTube tv. Won't do that either.) In short, it's a pretty good TV. Picture is good, price was great. But if your choice of programming is YouTube TV, it's a disappointment. Had I know this beforehand, I would not have bought this TV.

overall i am happy so far. i have only had the tv for 2 weeks. i dont like the remote. it is confusing. i dont like the “samsung tv app”. there is nothing on those channels worth watching. i dontlike the fact i cannot delete that app. the picture, sound and quality are good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tv in my living room for watching movies, gaming, and listening to music during the day and it is very capable of everything. very satisfied with the screen size and resolution overall. only thing is sometimes the glare is a bit much from the sun and the brightness cannot handle the glare.

As soon as I turned it on, I was greeted by a sleek and fast set up process that took no longer than 3 minutes - connecting my cable and WiFi capabilities. As soon as set up was finished, I changed inputs to where my Nintendo Switch was already running - and was IMMEDIATELY blown away by the vibrant colors and the clear picture. I couldn't believe how good it looked and had to see how video would look. The TV comes with most standard video streaming apps installed, which is great - with pretty fast launch times. Upon trying some video on both Netflix and Hulu, I was confident I made the right choice buying this TV.With the fast and sleek menu/load speeds, the breathtaking picture, wide selection of apps on the Samsung HUB (Steam Link being my favorite so far), I can say that I am sold on any and all Samsung products. Highly recommend this product as your next 4K TV.

The graphics on games like Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto, and Dark Souls are amazing. All of my favorite apps like Hulu, Netflix, and Prime are available and Samsung provides their tv at no cost. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their media experience.

the picture is perfect and the sound is just fine since it is set up in my son's bedroom. for some reason, 2020 models have an issue initially connecting to the internet. the router is only 30 feet away from the tv and i have other tv's double to triple the distance away from the router that had no issues connecting. a trick i learned is to initially connect the tv using your cell phone and update the tv's software. you can then connect your tv to your home internet. no issues since the tv was connected to the internet. very pleased with he purchase and so will you.

Definetly an imersive experience while playing games on my xbox. I was upgrading from an older samsung tv and was i blown away by the resolution. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, hubby surprised me with this 58 inch crystal UHD Samsung TV and I was amazed by the trouble-free set-up and the clarity of the picture! Yes, it does live up to it's name of “crystal” clear! The unboxing was relatively easy to do, had to set the frame up first, then attach the TV to the brackets and that was it. Next up was to connect it to the wi-if and voila - 58 inches of eyegasmic pleasure! The remote was easy to use, and adding the apps on screen was effortless. I loved that Amazon prime video and Netflix had their separate buttons on the remote. Happy wife, happy life!
