Great clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been used from everything such as traditional tv, streaming, to gaming. I am absolutely thrilled with a clarity and sound just from the TV alone. The details in the games are phenomenal. I like the fact that there is a ether Port directly on the TV so I don't have to connect it remotely. And with the HDMI ports being able to connect to all of my devices is simple. The Smart TV aspect of it is also great. Easy to use and understand.

Great Quality TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV mostly for gaming and watching movies. The refresh rate is sufficient. Sound quality is OK, however, I use a soundbar on nearly all my flat panel TVs. The colors are rich and vibrant for being a basement TV with minimal natural light. I wish the black were a bit better as they tend to get washed out and blurry.

Worst TV I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am now on tv #3 of this model. First one arrived damaged, so not counting that one. Picked up the second one and I had it for a month before the screen just went black. Exchanged it for the set I have now and the picture quality is terrible. Changed the cable box (as I was instructed) and it is no better. Very disappointed as the model I had right before this one was AMAZING, but I wanted a smart tv. So now my daughter has a beautiful tv (our old one!) and we are watching a terrible picture.

Love the pictures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our tv last year just for watching our shows and and for streaming some networks. It worked so well that we purchased the same tv for another room and just recently bought another one just like the others. The picture is great and it's easy to use. To top it off we just purchased a 65” Qled for our main room so we are set up in each room.

Has trouble with internet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had no issues other than it has trouble staying connected to wifi. I constantly have to restart my router and TV and re-enter my wifi password. I know it isn't my internet because other devices are just fine. If this issue was resolved the TV would be 4.5/5 stars for me.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Samsung Crystal UHD

It has changed the way I interact with programming and the numerous ways available to be entertained via the numerous streaming apps that I never had before. GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MY NEW SAMSUNG TV TU700 55''

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using the TU700 55" about three months now, I will not hesitate recommending it for my friends and families, I don't regret buying it, This is the best TV I bought, it looks so big on my wall since it's so thiny, I put it on the wall not on the table because I have kids, and I found the wall mounting a good idea, the sound looks great and amplified perfectly within need of an amplifier. We used it must for streaming and movies in the different platforms online, but I also like the apps included or some games I install and I enjoy playing with my kids, the kids loves it so much especially when playing cartoon movies, every Friday night it's a family movie with kids, but everyday else is adult watching, and since I work from home, I usually use it to play music or some of my favorite podcasts on the different platforms, which gives me a great experience while working. It also allow me to connect my laptop if I need a better bigger space on my laptop. When lights are off and the kids are sleeping, the picture looks so great on the screen, since I'm a fan of the UHD or great quality videos, this is a great alternative of the cinema in some cases. If any one thinking buying a TV soon, I would recommend this one for the medium living room, but it gonna also be a good one for the small room, especially for a bedroom.

Fantastic user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is our 4 th Samsung TV. Our 3rd TV was not that high model. But the current TU7000 is new and a great product. The TV is great, however it lacks viewing angle and is a little dark. Best viewing angle is the middle. The sound is great. I love the interface and all the options for all the apps. I wish the Bluetooth connection was better. Overall lovely product. I'd buy again!

Love my Crystal UHD 70”

New Samsung replaces Old Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Samsung was purchased 5/14/08 and served me very well until 2/18/22 when I purchased my new Samsung TV. I couldn't believe how much sharper and clearer the picture is on my new TV. The BIG PLUS which I was not aware of until I set my new TV up was Samsung Plus TV. I couldn't believe all the free channels I was receiving. I have a Firestick for streaming, local channels by antenna, and Samsung Plus TV as a bonus. I have plenty of channels to choose from and enjoy the reception on all of them. I went from a 52" to a 65" and that was one of the best decisions I have made. I have never been wrong in purchasing Samsung products (TV, Washer, Dryer).
