(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This particular TV has everything I needed for entertainment. A lot of inputs to the TV makes it easy to connect different gaming consoles and my portable hard drive was recognized right away. Very much recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is absolutely amazing. It has great smart features. I can use my phone as the remote . Comes with Netflix installed right out of the box. The couple times we have moved it around we haven't had any problems with it . Movies and shows are fun to watch as they are HD and in 4k as well. It is a great addition to a living room, but if your looking to upgrade your room to a theater this is the tv to do it.

It earns me money, it brings me joy, it can order me food, I can manage my financials on it, I can listen to my favorite music on it, and I love this tv its the best I have ever had.

The design of the on-tv controls is terrible. It's a single button that controls everything from menus to turning the tv on and off. A single press moves the selection one space and holding it down is "ok/enter." As a result, the strain of using this button to just turn the tv on and off for just under 2 years caused it to break (outside of the paltry one year warranty of course.) The above failure is what prompted this review, but there is another issue that has been a problem from the start. The backlight automatically dims for dark scenes, but it's distractingly slow to adjust and can be seen fading the backlight up and down with white subtitles on dark scenes or with any other quick shift in brightness. Setting the input type to PC fixes this problem, but cuts me off from many of the TV's advanced features like black frame insertion (aka LED Clear Motion) or Filmmaker Mode.

i am only giving this tv 3 starts because hulu is our mail cable provider and when watching it live the sound and picture get out of sync and i can't seem to get it fixed. i don't like search feature for apps and you don't have the variety as a streaming stick. i'm actually considering buying another inexpensive one so that i don't have to use the apps. i don't like how small the buttons are and where they are located for using the apps. the picture is nice and the price is right. we put our old samsung in the living room and got this one for the family room. i think our other samsung is at least 6 years old or more and i've not had one problem with it. not even a pixel is out. if it wasn't for the video problem with hulu live, and the apps, i would give this tv 4-5 stars.

I love how user friendly it is, the remote is easy and quick. The clarity of the picture is outstanding. The hues of color are so vivid. I feel as if I'm in my own movie theater. I love the choices of apps already included and the ease of adding more. Samsung makes the process so simple for purchasing new app subscriptions. The Samsung TV lineup offers so many choices of shows and movies. Even the internet browser is a breeze to use. I love them so much that I have a Samsung TV in 4 other rooms. I am mostly homebound so a great TV is essential. Thank you Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the apps I use on a regular basis are available on the TV, and it is super easy to navigate. The only things that are bothersome is the amount of time it takes to place an app on the home screen and favorites bar. Also, using the home screen to navigate is sometimes slow in responding. Otherwise, great picture and sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great, the value was unbeatable, and I love that I can access all of the applications I use frequently. The remote could use some reconfiguring. The arrow buttons are too close in location and feel to the surrounding buttons, so I am constantly exiting out of a search before I have completed typing it, or accessing Samsung TV Plus. When I click "home" it would be nice to go to a legitimate home dashboard vs. staying in the application I am currently in, or defaulting to Samsung TV Plus on occasion.

Cameron the 65” 4K Smart UHD TV, and must say it checked all boxes we need as a family. One remote only despite running all TV via streaming.Simple to use yet sophisticated use when needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me just say I love Samsung products, My Galaxy phone, my Tablets, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, my Ear Buds, and my Tv. I bought my 2020 version series 7 Crystal UHD 55 inche. I love my TV!! The picture quality is great and the smart features are great.. What I don't like and wish Samsung didn't lock in the pre-installed apps, half the pre-installed apps I don't even use and never would use and there is no way to uninstall them, they take up all the memory to where you have no memory to install app that you actually use.. That needs to change not a good move on your part Samsung..
