Blown away

i thought my previous tv by hisense which was almost 6 years old had a good picture. then i received this one as a fathers day gift and was blown away. the picture is phenomenal, os is very responsive, apps are plentiful and work flawlessly. i love my new tv.

Decent low-end 4K TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I use my TV for mostly gaming and multimedia streaming. 4K resolution at 60htz is solid for the most part but the HDR is barely noticeable if there are all. It's an LED the blacks are pretty bad at times during 4k movies and games also. The sound quality was surprisingly nice, crisp and can get pretty loud on the right setting. UI is pretty slow once you connect it to the internet so I highly advise against that and just use a gaming console or streaming device of choice. My last critique of this TV is how inconsistent it is with game mode for the PS5. Auto game mode just doesn't work. You have to switch back and fourth if you want to leave game mode while streaming anything, and you'd definitely want to do that with how bad the sound quality because when in game mode. This TV just gets the job done if you want to watch and play things at 4K with little latency. There are many annoyances that keep me from recommending this to other people.

This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care If you are having issues with game mode, Game Mode is turned on automatically when the selected source is identified as a game console, like Xbox One X / S or Xbox Series X, but it must be turned on manually if the selected source is identified as PC. We recommend enabling Anynet+ as well as Input Signal Plus (HDMI UHD Color) on your TV. To enable Anynet+, go to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = On. Next, connect your gaming console using an HDMI cable, and then turn it on - it will automatically connect to the TV. To enable Input Signal Plus, go to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus. From there, select the HDMI port that is connected to your gaming console. Great picture and size, volume/heat bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55 inch Samsung TV to replace the one in my bedroom that went out that was a sharp! The picture is great however the sound is terrible. No matter what I do it doesn't adjust or stay at a normal level. You have to turn it up extremely loud just to get a normal volume? I've tried to settings can't find anything to control the volume. The size is great, the picture is very good although it puts off a lot of heat which is a negative not sure if I would recommend this or anybody that doesn't have air flowing through to keep the TV cooled off otherwise it will heat your room up from the heat coming from the screen

Beautiful image buggy software

Great quality, features and sleek design

The only thing I'm docking a star for is the fact that I felt a little mislead about the TV featuring the new Samsung Health app. It appears it's only on the more expensive version of this tv. Other than that, I can stream my workout from my iFit elliptical via casting, it has all of the streaming apps I use. The sound is surprising coming from those little speakers too! Overall the quality of the screen is outstanding for what your getting. Doesn't feel low end at all.

Crystal Clear

The crystal clear picture and the sound quality of this model is phenomenal, especially considering the price point. I love the fact that they are operable within the SmartThings app and are Alexa enabled. I have had them for almost a year now and haven't had any issues with either.

Versatile and Performance Driven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Samsung because of a) their reputation for making a quality unit, b) at the price I paid I would be getting a better unit (a much better value than competitors), and c) my service provider recommended it because their app operates well on a Samsung (I ditched their receiver). Once I mounted it on the wall and connected it to my cable and my AV system I was blown away by the clarity, the refresh rate and plethora of features it packs. I'm more than satisfied with its' performance and I highly recommend it. I'm so grateful I went with a Samsung.

This is a good product

The sound starts glitching once in awhile, and I had to turn it off and turn it back on. The thing happens with the screen. Also, some of the apps are not working, especially for Disney.

Samsung! MOUNT IT

the best tv to date that ive purchased. has own apps to download, has own tv network if you dont have cable , screen mirroring with phone. android product but works flawlessly with apple products (iphone 11 and apple tv ). has a smart tv app where you dont even need the remote that comes with, use your phone to change channel, volume, etc. great picture quality with options to change from game to movie. get you one asap
