[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is very easy and straight forward to use. Connecting to internet makes thing even easier when wanting to watch all your favorite shows! The picture quality is great as well. I definitely would recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this was my first and biggest t.v for a while and it is well named crystal UHD. the picture is clear and great. Initially i have used this t.v. primarily for gaming and it has done great to render all my games in 4k 60 frames per second with ease. whenever i decide to watch a movie with the latest technology i switch the settings to movie and the picture is breath taking. i would highly recommend this t.v. to all of my friends. The price for this T.V was a great bargain and i would say you get more than what you payed for. An awesome t.v.

only but big down fall is when i want to stream something a day later i have to reset the tv by holding down the power button on the remote for a few seconds. guess the tv cant stay attached to the router to keep an internet connection over a few hours while its off. oh well, ill have to live with it i guess..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A serious upgrade from my 13 year old flat screen! Picture quality is amazing, especially when in dynamic mode. Easy to set up, although still figuring out all the bells and whistles. Very happy with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how clear everything is and how at times the picture looks live. It also has great color. However I don't know why the sound quality is so low. Most of the time I have to turn it up to 100 and it's still not loud as it could or should be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am retired, so I spend a more hours watching TV. The picture clarity is exceptional as is the audio. Simple to setup and simple to program. Also enjoy streaming Samsung TV Channels. I cut the cord after receiving as a gift, with all the over the air channels and the Samsung channels, there is no need to spend all that money month after month and year after year for Cable or Satellite TV.

so far i have not even been able to find a remote to use voice controls with. i dont have an alexa or google assistant. i just wanted the smart remote with voice button and it won't connect to it. i've tried calling and everything seems really vague.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 43inch TV does its job well in the price range. We were looking for a second TV for guest bedroom and are happy with the product. The sound levels and video quality of this TV are great. The software interface could have been better but we do not have a huge complaint there.

When in movie mode the Black is more of a deep brown than black and everything is super dark. Skin tones are off even if you adjust the color on your own versus using the presets. If samsung adopted the coloration from the newer LG televisions they would have the best tv out.
