[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55 inch Samsung TV to replace the one in my bedroom that went out that was a sharp! The picture is great however the sound is terrible. No matter what I do it doesn't adjust or stay at a normal level. You have to turn it up extremely loud just to get a normal volume? I've tried to settings can't find anything to control the volume. The size is great, the picture is very good although it puts off a lot of heat which is a negative not sure if I would recommend this or anybody that doesn't have air flowing through to keep the TV cooled off otherwise it will heat your room up from the heat coming from the screen

The only issue we have had is that the remote buttons are too small, especially for playing back recorded shows. We actually added a fire stick to the TV because the remote is much easier to use for my wife who has arthritic fingers. We have had very good reliability with the Samsung TVs we have bought over the years.

I've had it now for about a year and gaming looks beautiful. I also use this for steam link as well which works perfectly! The wifi has a strong connection though there's an option for a hard line. Seriously the best TV purchase I've ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has amazing graphic quality. Adjusting the frame rate is not too complicated. Using the clarity settings can make the picture super realistic, or theater like quality. By default, the LED motion was on which made the picture super dark. The TV is in front of the window, so by contrast, the picture is darker than the outside light. Turning that feature off in the Clarity settings is much better. The small bevels make the TV look smaller than 50 inches, but 90% of TVs are like this so it's something you can't help if the market steers that way. Gaming with the TV is great. Smooth and responsive. The user interface is a little bit slower than expected but tolerable. Luckily, it's easy to add apps, and sign-in to the apps WITHOUT putting in passwords into the TV itself. I am glad the remote has numbers and useful buttons like popular streaming services. However, I am wondering if I can customize the ABCD buttons to whatever apps I want. But the good thing is that without programming the remote, it controls the volume to the DVD player since I use it to watch TV through the Xbox. Overall, the TV has great graphics and clarity are great for gaming. Being connected through the ethernet port is best to have the best connection possible. I recommend this TV for anyone who want a simple TV with an external source of entertainment. The slightly slow interface is off putting, but it's not so bad.

The 50" screen is perfect in my bedroom. I just wish that the Bluetooth feature allowed me to use my earpiece for quiet viewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally receiving our TV, we couldn't wait to get started. We unwrapped a Samsung 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. The driver warned us to let it warm to room temperature before plugging it in. We took that time to read the manual and learn about the features. The first thing we noticed was the lightweight of the TV compared to our old Samsung Projection TV. The picture quality was so clear, it is amazing. Now, we have never had a smart TV and assumed set-up would be difficult. Thanks to the tip to add the Smart Thing app to my phone, set-up was a breeze. It allowed us to sign into our accounts and it was fun to see the camping pictures on our large screen that we had just taken the day before. The design is contemporary and neat...it takes up half the space as our old tv. We still have not added our speakers because the sound quality is clear. That will be something we may consider in the future. It did take a while to figure out the remote but the home screen button allowed us to start over each time. The directional arrows let us jump around the screen to where we needed to navigate. I think more practice with the remote will uncover some shortcuts for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I enjoy Samsung products and have sued them for as far back as I can remember however I must admit with this tv I'm a little let down while the picture is fantastic for the room my tv is in the speakers a bit lack luster and don't provide anywhere near an immersive experience like I was hoping for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has always been my choice in television. I have had other brands like Sony or Phillps. Samsung has an excellent picture, though I still feel it struggles with blacks or darker scenes. My television has an ambient light feature to adjust but does not help much with darker scenes. I own a few Samsungs, and I am satisfied with them, but they all struggle with sound. I have an old CRT television, and I can say I get better sound out of that. I have adjusted the sound settings, which there are not many, but to no avail. It seems that most modern televisions want you to but a soundbar or external speakers to get the best or even proper sound, instead of having a good sound to start. The television is used with Cable, Blu-Ray, and streaming services, but the voice and lighter/quieter sounds are never crisp or clear. I have to turn the captions on when I watch to make sure I did not miss anything. Even worse when there is an accent or language outside of English. Fundamentally, the picture is good but sound bad.
