Product was priced right for features it had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially had planned on 55" model but was unavailable at the time of purchase. Salesman did some checking and determined he had a 58" version available. Chose that option and am happy w/ TV so far.

Incredible picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are completely impressed with the TV, the clarity and colors are amazing! The smart portion is so good we ditched our fire stick! We are planning to upgrade our LG 55 to a samsung we are that impressed!

You get what you pay for in a low-end Samsung TV

i didn't expect this model to look as good as a quantum dot tv, and especially not anywhere near as good as an oled, but i did think it would be an improvement on my old 1080p tv from a lesser brand. sadly, it isn't. if my family looks at the tv fairly straight on, the picture is okay, but if anyone is off too far on the side, it gets considerably more washed-out. bright content looks pretty vibrant on the tv, but dark content, especially in movies, looks terrible. large black areas look splotchy and take over sections of the screen, even with movie mode on. any, yes, i have updated the firmware. picture aside, it has only two hdmi ports, and one is taken up if you use an arc soundbar. really, samsung?

Feature Rich

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I mainly sue my TV to stream movies and Paly Games. The picture quality when watching movies is undefeated. It's is crisp and clear. The color accuracy is on point and for playing games!! OMG!! This TV also comes with free Samsung TV channel and it has a great audio system. There are also a bunch of really nice native apps. It's just great.

I only purchase Samsung TVs for my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live alone and I play my TV 14 to 16 hours a day. Keeps me from being lonely and keeps my ADHD brain occupied. The only short coming it has (and it's very minute) is the sound. I like it loud. I also grew up with 5 brothers and sisters, so they were always trying to talk over it. But they couldn't. The quality if of the video is exceptional, I stream alot of movies and really into gaming. And I will always purchase Samsung TVs for my home.

Great picture!

The Samsung TV Plus is also a great option for free tv. The picture is outstanding even with older shows and movies. Of course new stuff is even better. Loving it so far!!

excellent tv

We like the features to be able to change color modes, to film mode or more natural. The color in 4k in the series is very sharp

Slick stylish crystal clear picture and sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfectly seated on wall, which can be just watched without any picture, it is that much stylish and fantastic looking As soon as you start cable or streaming or aux, you get the feeling of comforting sound which can be heard long near kitchen stove crisp and clear Using this TV for gaming is joy, as it adjusts resolution so better than other brands I have paired it with surrounding sound system and it completes theater experience whenever I need it

remote access help

I had a problem with the picture shaking and shadows appearing on people the tv has a program that can be set for cable box that deals with this type issue that was 2 months ago not a problem since I had it remotely set because I didnt know how . thanks samsung

Tired of seeing the troubleshooting screen.

i like the crystal uhd screen. sound from speakers are just ok. my problem with this 7 series is the with apps. i have a 6 series and i replaced an old toshiba that i had to use a fire stick to get updated apps on with this 7 series since my 6 was so reliable. evryday, after the tv is shut off, when the tv is cut back on, there is a troubleshooting screen about not being connected to my wifi. causing me or my family to do the soft reset, (hold power button down), or unplug the tv for 10 seconds, (tedious!!!). my 6 is standing the test of time & the fire stick with old tv was flawless. do i have to plug the fire stick into this 7 series, or is there a software patch that will be sent...soon!!!!

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
