[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Tv replaced my old 40inch Tv. Wow what difference!. I love the sleek design of this tv. The picture quality is way better than expected with a Clear picture and vibrant colors. The sound quality on this TV is up to par and sounds great and good enough for my bedroom. Great features for a smart tv and it was an easy set up. The remote is pretty simple To use. I did have one issue. Samsung doesn't have the smart apps I use to watch sports like Peacock Tv and FuboTV but the good thing is you can mirror it to the tv so that's a plus. I haven't used the Alexa feature yet due to I don't own and Alexa Device in my home Yet! Over all I'm very satisfied with this TV and I'm very Happy!

when using smartthings or tapview more than 1/2 the time it won't connect. phone is a s20 when things work its great, but more than 1/2 the time it doesn't. when accessing apps it randomly goes to the source connection page & makes me switch back to home screen this happens no matter if it is idle or i'm going through apps or samsung tv to get what i want, even in the middle of shows, also is constantly trying to turn on the hdmi devices i unplugged them so it wont do it anymore & i get errors that the devices aren't connected & this happens in home screen, apps & the samsung tv channels. i've reset the tv twice & its fine for a day or 2 then starts again. i've gone through settings & cant find anything to stop this i'm not very happy with this tv

The sound is moderately clear without distortion, pleasant to the ear. Installation and coupling are very practical and simple. It's an excellent product, I can't complain about the Samsung.

Fits perfectly in my living room and I don't mind leaving my blinds open for all the neighbors to see and experience pure and utter jealousy! ;)

It's crystal clear, provides a apple feature and I enjoy not having to manual switch the sources when I turn on my xbox or PlayStation. Only down side to this television is you only have to HDMI ports.

Hdmi ports keep losing connection. The screen will appear to shut off in the middle of gaming. I've upgraded the hdmi cables thinking that was the issue, I've switched the hdmi ports, I've tried gaming mode on, off, and auto and it doesn't make a difference. I check to make sure the software is up to date and it is. We are loyal Samsung users from our tvs to our oven to our phones. But this TV is making me consider changing courses.

No issues at all moving from the laptop or phone to the tv for music, movies, and screen share! Easy to use controls when changing from sources and apps. FuboTV and Netflix both work seamlessly with no issues. I liked the tv so much I went out and bought the same model but 43 inch size for my office!

Amazon prime app already installed Netflix already installed so many other features on the remote alone , I love the guide with the inset TV while surfing for shows to watch I can stream life content also a special section just for gaming , parental controls is my favorite feature keeping unwanted channels from being used by young viewers , the color is sharp and vivid it adjusts to the rooms lighting as to save on electricity that's a plus! The sound is crisp and clear also adjustable to your preference or: more bass less bass I can program my set to turn on or off at specific times of the day or night , also fully mountable and easy to clean or dust I just love my Samsung TV hands down I could never buy any other brand after this product call me spoiled I don't care but Samsung is my product for life , thanks Samsung keep up the good work I am one satisfied customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] App integration makes for easy set up. I still can't believe how amazing the picture is. I also have a qled and I think the picture is still better on the Crystal TV. My only wish is that it had an extra hdmi port or upgrade to hdmi 2.whatevee
