The picture is amazing and the sound quality is better than I imagined. Games have never been this good. I play for hours and with absolutely no issues. Also I might subscribe to every possible streaming service there is so you all see how important having a great TV is. Tizen is way better than I ever imagined. I'm an Android guy but I think it's time to switch. Thank you Samsung.

I love the app for my phone as well giving more ways to access the TVs. Samsung is a great quality TV at a very reasonable price. The picture is crisp and colors are bright making for great viewing. It's is very easy to navigate around this operating system with your phone. As well as this I learnt I could pair this smart TV with my Amazon Alexa and it makes it even easier to use. I mainly use it to turn on the tv and to adjust the volume.

It's a great overall television, offering a simple but unique interface that is quickly assessable. Even the remote has buttons to go straight to Netflix or Amazon Prime Video, which is nice for my parents who have trouble using technology. It's also very light weight, picture looks phenomenal with great colors, and it sounds amazing. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a fairly cheap but great overall television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today's TV market is saturated with quality video quality tvs and the SamSung TU7000 doesn't disappoint when it comes to picture. Just like so many sets that have their own technology to smooth out fast moving pictures from looking blurry that effect is un-natural to me so I always disable it. The description of it and how to get to it within the setting is not very fort coming but if you are using to removing it like myself it will be easy to find. The design is amazing its very light way so easy to hang on a wall or entertainment center mount. The picture spans from 1 edge to another. The frame is so thin its barley noticeable. The picture is definitely the star of the show. 2 items caused me to subtract 1 star. The Navigation/Select/Power Button. Yes Button. there is 1 button to cycle through menus so if you pass you go all the way around then to make selection you have to hold it in. So when you first select the button the menu comes up then you cycle around to power and hold it down. If you miss press it will go to next menu and you will have to cycle through back to power. This time making sure to HOLD it down. Not great sorry samsung I know you are saving space, but buttons on the side or back by connections would be much better and easier to navigate when you can't find your remote after your kids got through with using the tv. Next comes the UI. Its pretty straight forward, but it definitely has some hesitation. That you can sort of live with most settop boxes have the same lag, but when are highlighted on an App you can only tell its highlighted because it blows up the icon. This enlarged icon view is very subtle and easy to miss especially for those in my family who need glasses. Not hard of sight friendly. Once you get your app. Tips I would recommend. Use a contrasting color board to show which app you are highlighted on. Improved UI speed (add RAM if necessary). Add a 3rd HDMI. We have 2 gaming consoles and a Media Player. Yes we have to use the media player because of an app that streams our local news not available within Samsung's App Store. Finally I don't get why its a 58inch versus adding a full 60 it feels like they would save more money when making 1 standard 60" model versus 58 and 60. I'm sure its to save money for consumer which is a great plus. Great HD 4K picture and for that reason alone I will recommend it.

even after reading the concerning reviews, i decided to move forward with this purchase because of my past, positive experiences with samsung products... a bad call on my part. 4 months after purchasing and something goes wrong with the display. i can't see a thing on the screen with the very dim lighting. adjusting the brightness did nothing at all. i had noticed other glitches in the 4 months prior, but chalked it up to an unstable wi-fi connection (which was not the case). i guess that was foreshadowing glitches to come.

looks great in the showroom but things you can't test while in there so you have to find out during using it in your own home. two primary issues for me with this product. one, i absolutely hate the remote and its setup. not nearly as easy to find appropriate buttons as well as buttons being so tiny and so close together constantly hitting or barely touching the wrong button. secondly, takes too long to load hulu, netflix, etc.. i put my old tv side by side and did a test. my old tv would open any of these programs instantly and play anything instantly while this tv took at least 15-20 seconds to open or play. this delay is bothersome as you expect it to do what you want when you want as you click the button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choosing a TV was pretty hard for me. I decided to go with the 65 in smart TV. Amazing sound, amazing picture, and amazing features. You have options to add apple tv right on the home screen, you can even play your apple music. They have a variety of apps you can download for many of your needs. I would 100% recommend this TV to anyone that doesn't really know what they want. And it comes at an amazing price!!

From having an app to control the TV, to having an App Store on the tv to download wanted apps/material, my tv really is a joy. The size is amazing and the quality is great.

Purchased on 05/09/2020 from big box electronics store, died on 05/28/2020. Black screen of death. Power light comes on and off but nothing but black screen. Tried to return, but told return window was only 14 days at that time. Still have unit, hoping one day I'll get something done, either repaired or replaced. No I would not trust this tv or recommend to anyone. Maybe the big blue electronics store with yellow tag operates in dog years. 14 days actually equals 30?
