[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of all the TVs I've owned never have I felt satisfied with my purchase as much as I do with this Samsung. From the low price, the ease of use, and the feature packed UI, the TU7000 is all around AMAZING. I use almost every feature on the daily and mainly for gaming on my PS5. The 4K Image quality is so vibrant and bright and the sharpness doesn't leave me fiddling with settings to get the perfect setting for crisp, no jagged edged and defined picture it also doesn't have me turning sharpness down to the point its fuzzy and smeared looking it has the spot on in between where every time you use it its still as jaw dropping as it was on day one. If your someone who's on a budget, or someone who all in all just wants a beautiful picture with little to no effort to navigate and someone who wants a top tier feature packed smooth UI in their television then the Samsung TU7000 is that television and will not disappoint!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of the "smart" stuff makes Samsung tvs awesome but difficult. The network I always had my TV connected to all of a sudden stopped and from that point on it consistently would drop the connection. Doesn't do well in sunlight keep it dark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream with a separate streaming device. Picture is very clear and viewable even at extreme angles. The remote even operates most functions of the streaming device. I will buy another one when replacing other sets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my Samsung TV. I use it primarily as a monitor for working at home. The clarity of the picture makes it great for business purposes and also to allow me to relax and watch videos. The thing that I like most about this TV is having AppleTV built in. That is a game changer! Additionally, I love being able to add my other services such as Disney+ and HBO Max. No set top box and a very clean installation. My next phone will definitely be a Samsung.

Price was right for TV. Some areas of concern are the picture was not bright. I was unable to brighten the screen as it seemed that I was watching the movie in darkness. The biggest problem for me was the lack of outlets in the back to hook up hearing sids, separate sound systems, Dvd player, vcr player, game outlets, and cd player all at one time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Samsung tv that I have purchased in the past couple of years. The first two were in the QLED class of tvs, both the Q60t. Having used those for a significant amount of time, I have gotten used to the richness and boldness that Samsung's QLED series can offer. However, this is a review for the Crystal UHD series. Overall, I have found the my Crystal UHD TV to be very much on par with other Samsung TV's that I have purchased. It offers great quality of video, excellent sound quality, and a vast amount of apps to download and stream my favorite shows without any HDMI inputs. 4k tv shows and movies stream effortlessly and beautifully to the tv. Even in very bright rooms, the quality of video is immaculate. The only flaw that I have found in this television is that, often, while watching dark scenes in movies and tv shows, the tv seems to reach a 'critical blackness.' I don't know if this has an actual term in the television industry, but when it happens, I notice that at a certain point, the display cannot be any darker and all definition of the object in frame is lost. This has only happened a few times in very dark movie situations, but I find it very distracting as the viewer. Entire faces can be lost to this black smudge that seems to cover half of the screen. This is the only problem that I have had so far after owning this TV for a couple of weeks and otherwise, it has been a very enjoyable investment. If I could rate a 4.5 star review, I would.

I want to give 5 stars but I cannot because the user setup is a pain and I still haven't figured out how to set favorites, etc. It has way too many included channels that I don't want. For example the default on startup is a hunting/fishing network. Come on!!! What small percentage of buyers want that! I don't. It takes too much time and effort to set this up the way I want. So I know how to get where I want but refuse to fight to do much else.

The one thing that I habe an issue with is that I ran out of storage for my apps pretty fast. A lot of apps are mandatory that I never use and I cannot delete them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was great for movies, gaming, and streaming. It was the perfect TV for our family. It's not even 2 years old, and it stopped turning on. The red light is off. We bought a new power cord, but it was not the power cord. It's out of warranty, as it expired last year. We requested service for it, so we will see how much that costs or if we need to buy a new TV. It was a big investment and we have a another smart TV that is 7 years old and still going strong (way cheaper). We're hoping it doesn't cost a lot to repair it, or else we will just get a different TV. We are disappointed as we expected the TV to last longer than a year and a half. But up until that, it was a great TV. It was user friendly, amazing picture quality, and great sound. We are hoping it gets fixed so we can keep using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way this TV handles graphics while playing games blows my mind, the way it really shows the colors of the game and textures makes gaming a whole lot better. And it is the same for watching TV and movies, the colors just make the movies and shows really come out. Although sometimes the TV will disconnect from the internet, where it can be annoying when it happens although it might be my internet, but it is an easy fix and other than that this is really a great TV.
