[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my SmartTV to stream and watch Cable TV. It's easy to navigate. My one complaint is, the "aspect ratio" feature in the Settings is disabled. I do not like to watch movies or shows with black bars on top or bottom of my screen. It defeats the whole point of having a large screen TV. People have told me that's the way the item was shot, but I know if I watch a show/movie in that format on my cable TV, I can adjust the aspect ratio to ZOOM and get rid of the bars. I would like to be able to do this on my TV when I am streaming Netflix, Prime, etc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this tv for my outdoor living space and wow we are blown away by the beautiful picture. All of our guests have commented on the quality of the picture. I wish I had purchased this tv for my living room instead of the other brand I purchased. Will need to replace the master bedroom tv soon and will probably be searching for this same model. Beautiful crisp picture. Since it's outside we don't have any additional speakers connected and the speakers on the tv do great. We can perfectly watch and listen to the games from the comfort of my pool without distortion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming and gaming mostly. The quality is just insane. The TV itself is very thin and sleek looking. Nothing bulky, just right. The fact that I tap the corner with my samsung phone, and it just switches from phone to TV is the best invention ever, and I use it very often. I also use my TV with Alexa and again no problem. I recommend this TV to anyone and everyone.

picture quality is great but This TV is for my 90 year old mom. The remote control is too small and complicated for an older person. You can get to Netflicks but it is 2 buttons too many to get back to cable for her. Simple remote control options, big buttons, would be great for older people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the image on this tv is spectacular - no complaints and can't imagine needing anything more. But the streaming menu and navigation are pretty cludgy, with significant input lag and a frequent need to restart the tv to get it to do simple tasks. I have yet to figure out how to move more recently added platforms to the front of the line - very frustrating to scroll past things I have never looked at to get to something I use every day. I replaced a previous ‘dumb' Samsung and wish I had bought another one and just added a Roku stick.

I was stunned with a 55” it was a lot bigger than expected and the picture quality is mesmerizing. I bought two and I'm looking forward to buying another soon. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased the Samsung Crystal UHD 70” last year. It's such a great tv, I bought a 55” for my bedroom! It works seamlessly with all of my other devices (Apple included) Apps are easy to download. Comes with Apple TV already installed. It has a sleek design, lightweight, easy to clean (with proper screen cleaner) and the picture and sound quality is amazing. My son is about to purchase one for himself. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up of this TV was really simple and the instructions are easy to follow. We have a stand for the tv so inserting the legs into it took less than a minute and a screwdriver isn't needed. I don't have a Samsung phone but I like the fact that you can use it to control the TV. I have now been using it for a few weeks and it does not disappoint. I really like the fact you have 5 different settings on the picture mode so you can change it depending on what you are watching. I like the dynamic for when we are watching new films but for the older tv shows I have found the natural or movie settings best as the dynamic is just too bright. The Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons are good to have and save time. It took a bit of Googling how to set up the antenna tv guide once we got a longer coaxial cable so that was a little bit annoying. I am used to having 3 hdmi ports and this does only have 2 but it's not a deal breaker. Having the Samsung tv plus channels is a really good feature even if there are a lot of channels to scroll through to find what you want, it does remember the last channel you were on though so if you have a favorite you don't need to try and find it again. There are a lot of buttons on the remote and to be honest I don't think you need that many as it's easy to catch a button you don't want to hit. I actually would prefer a larger remote so the buttons are further apart. My general overall opinion is that this is a great tv. It's not expensive and you get a brilliant tv with a fantastic clear picture and the sound is also very good. It's my first Samsung TV but it certainly won't be my last.
