Has great Bluetooth and casting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV over all Samsung is my first choice when it comes to TVs, the Samsung+ is a really nice bonus I wasn't even aware it came with it but really in joy use it. I use Apple-air play almost every day I love how easy it is to connect to it. The picture quality is beautiful, if I'm game it look great if I'm watching a movie it's so versatile. My only criticism is that I wish my inputs on the remote was a little faster it seems like every time I hit a button I have to wait a second and then it goes through but that is the only vary slight issue I have everything else is perfect
The size and picture is Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really glad I purchased the Samsung 64inch crystal tv, I love the feature, the colors are bright and vibrant, the size is great, I also like the apps that came with it, and that I am able to download additional apps, when I am watching his Samsung TV, 65 Inc, feels like I am in a movie theater.
Not Like my old Samsung!
i purchased this model because of good experience with an older samsung tv. however, i am very disappointed with the poor picture quality on this new tv. the picture is way too bright and looks blurry all the time. i have spent hours trying all available picture quality settings and am still unhappy. i am using charter hd digital cable as an input (was great on my old tv) so i know i have a good quality input. i also had a lot of trouble getting the sound to sync correctly, it was like watching an old godzilla move! i would not recommend this tv for living room viewing, it would be ok for a large bar or restaurant.

I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your TV’s picture, and you are having issues getting your sound to sync. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings. Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. If your picture seems too bright, you may want to try the NATURAL picture mode which is designed to reduce eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings If you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay Please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through I hope this helps. Quality going down
the fell of this tv just screams cheap. the plactic legs are ubly and the remote is a step down from 2019. i only use it for streaming so so far so good. not impressed compared to my 2018 55”. in fact the qled models have have also suffered i. quality. the q70 had more festures than this year. i guess this is a case of the bottom line being more important than the product

Very Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes when buying the TV in April 2020 but I have been disappointed. First, the sound quality is an issue. It seems every show/channel I watch requires a dramatically different level of volume. One channel its set to 15, another channel its has to be up to 80. I know its the TV because I had the exact same setup of channels on my previous TV and never had the issue. Secondly, there is a lag in remote performance. Always, even after multiple updates, no change. Lastly and most importantly, the picture quality is very concerning. Overall brightness is not very good. Beware if you have a lot of natural light in the room. Also, sometimes it decides to pick a specific color, say green, and change it to a blinding white or solid black with persistent digitized appearance. The only remedy is to unplug the TV which seems to correct the issue for a few days. I thought this might update related or a specific streaming service thing with incoming signal but it happens on every type of input and after multiple updates. I will be contacting Samsung service on the next occurrence as this seems to be a persistent issue per reviews starting in May/June timeframe but not before. Hopefully they can resolve the issues. When there are no issues, the TV looks great and is a good value, especially at the current price.
Good for now

The TVs feet are sturdy but rather long. As far as the tv itself goes it's an imaculent picture , average sound quality and a fairly comfortable user interface

Great picture and apps;
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clear picture and apps are solid. Only con so far is that when turning the tv on, it immediately tunes to the free movie channel and plays it. Not great when it's almost Halloween and your 4 year old is next to you as the tv turns on to a vampire sucking the blood out of a human. Nightmares for them!
Outstanding Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this Awesome Samsung TV for over a week now and I heart it! It is so easy to download apps, access the internet and play music as well as mirror my pad to the TV. It is such a great upgrade to my home entertainment. This is such a wonderful tecnologically advanced upgrade to my home! I wished it could just talk to back or react to my voice commands like my Alexa does. That would be even better! But I can just accep the fact that it does all the other stuff for now. This TV was delivered by professionals who were very kind enough to even put this in my house by the door for me and let me tell you it was properly delivered and padded. It was way easy to set up with my internet and with my mobile phone. I am not a tech savvy person. It literally took me about 15 mins to figure it all out even with a reset of my password on my phone for my gmail account. The quality of the picture is AMAZING! The sound is perfect and the size is absolutely perfect for my living room given the two to pick from and i selected the 58" Samsung. I have friends that have this TV brand as well and when they found out I was going to receive this TV, they said I was going to love it. Yes I do! It is almost like I am outside with the best quality glasses ever seeing indoors what I can see outdoors. I hope this makes sense. The UHD quality of this TV is over the top and the picture quality is on point. Next action is to get this TV mounted in that corner area to be fully enjoyed and when the soundbar is delivered it will have the full on entertainment corner!
Awesome Tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First curved tv and the picture is crystal clear, the audio is crisp and with the tv being curved the audio is not blocked or muffled. Now for the tech, this tv is smart, easy connection to other device, port detection, and security all built in.
Crystal Clear Picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung TV. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound is also great. It would be better if I have the sound bar. The only issue I have is on the casting from a laptop. I noticed that the wireless connection drops and it is quite annoying. I hope support can help me at no cost.
