[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two to replace older Vizio TV's that were not smart...wanted 4K and smart built in to make streaming easier...we are pretty loyal to Samsung TV's...had a 75" QLED and replaced with an 82" QLED...also have an older 43" Plasma...originally purchased two LG, had a better sale price and a good picture but strangely the LG did not allow the ESPN streaming app so we returned and got these two Samsung...great picture...great for TV and gaming...great for streaming...the TV menu sucks...overly detailed and not intuitive...3 or 4 not clear menu choices just to simply turn on the sleep timer...a more straight forward menu...more straight forward remote with a LIGHT button to backlight the remote and this would be a 100% TV...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm usually a VIZIO type of guy but this time decides to go with Samsung. Oh boy, was this the right decision!! I've never seen a picture so clear. The home menu is easy to navigate through apps. The speed in which it goes from app to app is amazing as well. I also love gaming on this TV because it brings everything to life. I'm definitely looking to upgrade my living room TV to Samsung in a month or two. I will never buy another brand TV other than Samsung from now on. Thanks Samsung!!!!! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy out of box build and set up. Was able to go through the 'expert picture setting' to get the picture quality I didn't believe were possible. Awesome, life like picture. Apps area easy to navigate and download wanted apps.

The unit worked fine for a little more than a year and a half. Then one day the screen started going black momentarily and then back normal a few times. And now it keeps turning ON and OFF every 10 seconds by itself, with a black screen. Very disappointed with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the TV is amazingly clear with great picture no matter the input resolution. I watch a lot of older TV shows on Samsungtv..Samsung TV... even 80s shows are shown properly. I also enjoy screen sharing or air dropping pics to the TV. I use this feature to review vacation photos so the whole family can see them. My only complaint isn't really a complaint. The remote is a little hard to transition to from fire, roku, or Appletv... ad those all have a similar remote more or less.

It's so easy to use and they're are so many options you can choose from. I have other Samsung devices so it's perfect to be able to connect all of them. I liked it so much I purchased two TV's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace one in our living room as our main TV. It was easy to mount to the wall, and when I turned it on, it guided me through setting up Hulu, Netflix, and Disney +. All were super simple with QR codes to follow. The whole process from taking it out of the box to having it set up took about an hour. The options for configuring your TV are also easy to use, despite having a ton of options to choose from. Overall, it's a great TV. I wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars as the picture seems pretty dark. I have worked on the settings by adjusting the contrast and brightness, but it's still pretty dark.
