Great TV with slightly laggy UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV for the price. I have several TVs at home ranging from lower end "cheap" models to very high end models. This TV is a great happy middle. It provides good screen quality with good definition. Smart features are great with endless apps available and if there isn't an app, you can always cast it from your phone. The only reason I've given this 4 stars is because the User Interface can be laggy at times.

Good not great

I was pleased with the packaging and size of the TV. I was very excited to know that I could download popular apps I use and was able to plug my Firestick in another room. The only app it doesn't have that I use often is Bravo :(. I am not pleased with the volume function. It changes after I pause, rewind or open different apps. Not sure why that is happening. I also wish the home ticker option was more user friendly. I don't know how to edit what is on the home menu. Also the TV has been known to not play Prime movies or just sporadically exit during play. I LOVE the special access to Samsung TV and have enjoyed several our the free shows. The picture quality is good. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives so I am satisfied but not overly happy with my purchase.

Your inconsistent sound issue is possibly caused by the source. Try auto volume by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume, and turn it on. Best budget gaming TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love all of your products. I was upset when I had to move and sell my old Samsung TV and then with the pandemic I had to buyer a cheaper brand replacement. It has been serviceable but I've always missed my Samsung TV. I do a lot of online gaming and you guys are always leading the pack in TVs best suited for gaming, the designs are nice and sleek, and the OS is best among smart TVs. The only real complaint I have is the lack of a 3rd HDMI port.

Ok TV.

Have had this for two weeks. It's nice and picture is good. One issue. There's only two HDMI ports on back. Can hook up sound system and one other device but that's it. Also having issues with soundtrack not matching video. Doesn't matter if it's TV, blue ray it streaming... Just happens off and on all the time. Kind of annoying.

Best TV I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge movie fan and I love the detail and immersive color of my favorite features. The world of 4K this TV creates brings an entire new dimension of entertainment enjoyment with the amazing visual images it produces. The integration into my Home Theater system was simple and balances out an amazing audio field with sounds coming in from multiple directions. This is very important to me as an optimal visual and audio experience is a standard that must be consistently maintained for all of my movies, streaming, series and sports.

Great Picture, but that's about it

Color and view is incredible. The wireless connectivity is where this TV severely lacks. I have 3 Onn brand TVs in my house and they have 0 issues but this Samsung TV is a constant battle to keep it connected to any app. Severely disappointed considering the price and brand.

Hi SmithFamily, I'm glad you reached out to let us know about the issues you are experiencing with the connectivity on your Samsung TU7000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps that may resolve the problem. 1) Check the network and the status of your access point. 2) On the remote control, press the Settings button. 3) Select Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status. 4) If the network isn't connected, a network reset may be required. 5) Make sure that your access point is working correctly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to ensure it is operating normally. 6) Check the access point location if you use a wireless access point. If the access point is too far from the TV, move it closer. 7) Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot. 8) If the same problem continues, select Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings to change to a different DNS server. If a test occurs, cancel it and select IP Settings. 9) Select DNS Setting Enter manually. 10) Select DNS Server, enter 8.8.8.8, then select OK. 11) A software update or factory reset may be required if the same problem continues. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If this does not correct the issue, I also recommend trying these steps: 1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router If you continue to have issues, please know we are here to help. 50” Samsung Crystal 7000 Series TV 2020

It simply amazes me every time I turn it on. I enjoy Samsung TV with Baywatch. Cable goes out and I still am watching TV. Cable is doing a monthly check, I leave and go to Samsung TV.. it's a great looking TV. I am thrilled with it. When they ssy Smart TV they aren't kidding. It has the internet. It does everything. Very simple to use and user friendly. I love this TV.

Samsung 43in 4K

Great TV super clear picture rich sound quality

Samsung 4K 50" TV

have only had this tv for two days; but, picture & sound quality are great. setup somewhat easy, problems with getting to stream in local channels in our area. difficulty getting account setup through tv. still have things to work through as we are not used to having a smart tv, had an analog for several years. wish there were more detailed instructions with tv as well as a channel guide(paper)
