Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV to use on our patio. It looks and sounds great with the integrated speakers and has held up well so far. I do cover it when not in use and when there is a storm and haven't had any issues so far. It connects easily to our network and gives us a second living room. Couldn't be happier.

Beautiful picture for such a large screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch cable TV shows and movies, sports and streaming series. I do not like how difficult it is to set the shut-off timer. I hate the fact that this TV shuts itself off randomly, just like my last Samsung. Will be calling for warranty service.

Hi Qantas77, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Beautiful Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this television for about two months now and I couldn't be happier. The picture quality is fantastic ! Set-up was a cinch, and the price was less than what I expected to pay when I first considered upgrading to a 4k set. Audio quality is important to me. I usually run the sound through my surround sound stereo system for movies & sports, but when watching the news and other programs I will use the TV's speakers alone. Audio quality in this case is as good as, if not better than what I could expect from a televisions built in speakers. This is my third Samsung TV, and I can safely say that I have never had a problem with any of them. I would not hesitate to recommend this television. I only wish I bought it sooner then I did !

Great TV (model TU8000)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using the TV with my Xbox and cable box (hooked up to the Xbox), for a couple of years. But the Xbox recently died and I had to start using the TV with its apps and the cable box directly hooked up to the TV. The picture is so much better! I didn't realize the Xbox was downgrading the picture so much. I just wish there were more updates to the TV. I'm sure they just want me to buy a new model instead of downloading updates...

Beautiful picture and perfect size!

The video games always look magnificent when we play on there and it's got great volume control as well. The features are great and really allow you to change the settings to adjust for your eyes and ears so it really feels like it's made for you.

Great Quality and Great Reliability

For this particular Tv, despite not being one of their newer releases, it has provided an amazing quality in Image and Sound. I cannot demand anything more. The overall the physical and technological structure of this TU7000 series is splendid.

This tv has it all!

Display and sound great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture looks outstanding and impress how loud it is compared to previous Samsung TV i had. However, within the first 30 days starting having power issues in which the TV won't turn on. What surprised me as well is that the TV does not have a power button on tv, so when tv would not turn on with either cable remote or Samsung remote, I had to unplug the the TV from power source for tv to turn on. I already had to do this at least 5 times! Not happy with this since I purchased as a replacement Samsung because of power issues.

You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. Incredible picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this TV for a few months now and it's a game changer in picture quality. I can actively see the differences with other TVs that don't have 4K and my friends often prefer watching things here. I had to get a sound bar as the audio volumes weren't the best overall; but otherwise have no complaints. The TV is easy to use and I haven't had any problems or glitches like I did with my older TV.
