i absolutely love this tv. it has an amazing picture and its overall an amazing product. the only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because there isnt a way to set the input. i wish there was a way to set the tv so when i turn it on its automatically at my apple tv. if there is a way please let me know but thats my only flaw.

The first feature that is completely unexpected is the ability to enable narration of the text menus in the settings. Being someone who is visually impaired I really appreciated this feature a lot. this feature in hand with the ability to enlarge the menu font size make this TV a excellent choice for those with visual impairments. The ability to customize almost every aspect of the picture quality to tailor for the individual needs of those with visual challenges. The clarity of the picture is excellent. Crisp fonts that make readability very easy. The viewing angle allows for you to be almost anywhere in the room and have the same viewing clarity as others. The colors come through with a vivid vibrancy making them easy on the eyes. I highly recommend this television for those with Accessibility needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for streaming YouTube TV and YouTube videos. So far I'm very pleased. Adding YouTube TV to the Samsung smart hub was very simple. I can't give 5 stars because of a frustrating hangup during the setup process. The TV wouldn't move further through setup once I updated the firmware. This was very bothersome since it's a brand new TV right out of the box and you're already encountering a problem. After searching Samsung forums I was finally successful after unplugging the TV and plugging it back in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good picture quailty and gaming mode makes this worth its value. sound is buggy and the abstence of voice control through google and alexa are a big let down. plenty of apps but 90% are tv and media out of the others none are really useful. With that said I love my tv and the million other features are incredible. my fav is universal remote. now that was a smart thing lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is great, it looks amazing even compared to other brand new tvs I got this one to replace an lg and the difference is unimaginable. The actual experience on the tv as far as the UI is what made me rate four stars, now don't get me wrong as far as smart features go the tv is seamless I mean it is a Samsung after all, but the remote is a little clunky and sometimes gives miss inputs or feels a little off in the hand but being as that's really the only downfall to the tv I would still say four stars as the remote id something you end up not minding dealing with for such a good quality tv.

The sound is perfect too usually I would have to raise the volume to high to hear everything but this tv is loud at a low setting. There's free movies and tv shows and i could download basically any streaming service on to my tv. There's no lag and I haven't had a problem with my tv in the 6 months I've had it. I'm not kidding usually I don't pay attention to reviews but trust me this is the best TV I've ever had. Highly recommend it.

They are included, but some you need to go and subscribe, and pay for the service. We do stream alot since we bought it, as well as watch regular channels. The color is perfect, picture quality is awesome. We like how thin it is, and not that heavy. You can see the TV quite a distance away, and it is still clear. We have had previous Samsung TV's and always happy with them. Samsung is a great company, and we have phones with them also. I have, and probably will always be a satisfied Samsung customer. I totally recommend this company for TV, or phones.

The television features were easy to learn and just as easy to use. This television was a welcome addition to our living room. We have had a couple of Samsung televisions in other rooms of our house as well. Great product!
