Great TV- Not enough HDMI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is beautiful, well priced, great picture. Its only drawback is that it doesn't have enough HDMI ports, capped at 2! I'm guessing this is one of the reasons it's so reasonably priced. Overall, a great TV

Loved it while it worked

loved the picture, everything about it for 6 days. left the room for 30 minutes, came back and the picture was crazy! all sorts of colors all over the place and you couldn't even tell what was supposed to be on the screen. used the remote and turned the tv off. it never came on again. using a mirror, i can see the power button underneath the tv. when i click the power button on the remote, the little red light flashes. otherwise, no red light at all. i have researched and nothing i have tried has worked. called for service. by the way, the first one i had delivered had a smashed screen. it's the samsung 55-inch class crystal uhd tu-7000 series. replaced remote batteries, plugged tv directly into the outlet (verified outlet was working). tried many things other than taking the tv apart!

Vlin: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (version 1301.5) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) - Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. - Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. - The TV will install the update and then restart. - Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button on your remote until the TV turns off and back on. Great for gaming!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option for casual gaming or daily streaming. Not only does it come with Samsung's free streaming service with several personal favorite options, but it includes game mode for better visual display capabilities. Vibrant colors and crisp picture! One drawl back was that during streaming, images would become blocky and grainy in dark parts of the screen. Of course that could be due to data bottlenecks between the internet provider and the screen. This is not a problem during gaming oddly.

Why we always buy a Samsung

We mostly use it for gaming and streaming. The quality has always been consistent and we love that about it.

This TV has a great quality picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality picture, nice to have all the Apps in one control, cons only two HDMI inputs, the system is slow responding sometimes annoying click to many confirmation back button (needs improvement), sound is decent, but is not the best, fair price for the item features, definitely I recommend this tv, but you need to be aware is not best in class

Good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv picture is great. Only issue i have had is that when tv show is very bright it some time will start to flicker. I have done all suggested steps to fix but sometimes still happens but only once in a while. Nothing that bothers me to much.

GREAT FEATURES ON THIS SAMSUNG MODEL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS TV SET IS USED IN THE DEN, IT WAS PURCHASED TO REPLACE A 55" LG UNIT THAT DIED AFTER 2 YEARS. I DECIDED TO TRY A SAMSUNG INSTEAD OF ANOTHER LG BASED ON THE COMPARISON OF FEATURES. THE ONE FEATURE THAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG MODEL IS THE ABILITY TO MIRROR MY APPLE DEVICES WITHOUT NEEDING AN ENGINEERING DEGREE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE OTHER FEATURE I REALLY LIKE IS THE EASY SETUP OF THE BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR. A+ ON THESE. OF IT IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE AND SET UP AND I REALLY LIKE THE PICTURE, CLEAR AND SHARP WITH THE 4K RESOLUTION.

Great tv for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is pretty great! I'm not much of a tech nut, nor would I say I'm so picky when it comes to display quality. I like for my celebs to be flawless and the tvs these days have just become too clear. The colors on this tv are amazing! I like the smart Home Screen and the ability to edit it to have your preferred apps front and center. The size is perfect for the location in my home. I would absolutely recommend this tv.

We love the picture

The Samsung channels are great, Only downfall we have found is it does not work as well with antenna for local digital channels. Vizio seems to work better for that. Otherwise we replaced 3 of our televisions with this same TV except the one is larger.

nice picture

the tv could be a great tv but each week we discover something new. one week it wont come on today no volume. not at all happy with what we are dealing with no matter the price but to keep haveing thing show up and not able to watch or hear whenever the tv decides. hate it.
