If a dark scene is present and you are likely to see nothing. I resolved this by purchasing a firestick but not something desired when a smartTV is purchase to workaround this. But again, an overall good TV.

The brights are brighter the contrast masing the colours are true to life im a Samsung customer for life!

I appreciate the automatic change to game mode when a console is plugged in. I like that the TV automatically detects equipment that is plugged into it and identifies the product. The smart remote is great to control all of the console with one remote.

Setup was pretty easy but you do have to let the TV update after you get it connected to WiFi and that takes a little while. The only thing I am not fond of so far is the remote, the buttons are so close together it is difficult to hit the correct button.

The picture quality is so much better and clearer. My son has been playing video games on it and he is also loving the quality of the pictures and all the extras you can do with the TV. I love that you can look for things online with this TV. I have not done half of everything this product is capable of doing, but give me time and I will find so much more extra things to do with it.

Certain factors like having it connected to my Xbox, so when I turn my console the tv comes on and vice versa, but this is kind of a double edge sword. It is convenient, but sometimes I don't want my Xbox to come on, or maybe I'm done playing video games and want to switch to a streaming service. But if I turn my console off, the tv will turn off too. All other aspects of the tv seem to flow. The picture is amazing, lighting, sound, all perfect.

I have 3 of them, 2 older ones and a new 65” that I bought 2 years ago when we moved into a larger home. The new one has the same great picture that I've come to love over the last few years but its processor (?) struggles when I turn it on. It can take as long as 2-5 minutes to open whatever channel (app) I select. I do steam everything but have lightning fast fiber internet. I'm sure the internet is not the problem because the older sets work just fine. I wish I would have had the finances to buy one of your QLED series when I made my purchase, I can only imagine how great it would be to watch sports with one!

The sound leaves more to desire but the streaming and user interface is easy to learn and refreshing. This was the best purchase I made in 10 years. This is a must buy for parents with small children who game and stream digital content.

I would love to switch all of our TVs to Samsung but with inflation and medical circumstances its on hold until our income is steady. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because it had Bluetooth and I want to use my AirPods to be able to listen to the TV and not disturb anyone in my house then decided to stream on Amazon and couldn't believe how crystal clear the quality was and then hooked my Xbox one S up to it and was blown away by how well the HDR was! Way better than the LG TV that I have so I'm thinking about buying another one larger for the living room awesome Samsung TV!
