I love my Samsung

The Worst TV I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not wanna turn on, just turning it on takes five minutes every time, every time you go to turn it on you have to unplug it, we had to go through the set up at least five times, Not happy with this TV

JFB49: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues turning your TV on. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. (4) If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care Please be sure you have the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Great Peosucr to own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of my tvs are samsung. I truly love the brand and how they sync well with my phone. The only issue I have is they seem to fall off my smart things control panel on my phone. I enjoy that smart things allows me to control the tvs from afar especially have young children that fall asleep with the TV on.

Flicker Issue

i purchased 50" tv tu7000 before 2 month and only after 10 days it started flickering a lot i complained to samsung service center and after 1.5 month i got a replacement with new 58" tv same model.(i paid extra 35 kd) and again the replaced model also after 10 days having same flickering issue. disappointed with this product. horrible i usually like samsung products

Anonymous: Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV. If your TV is flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features. Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test I hope this helps. Satisfied overall, but..........

Everything is great with the TV. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, the Audio will not stay in sync with the Samsung Soundbar I purchased with it. It always has to be re-calibrated depending on if you are watching Cable, a streaming App or Gaming. I always have to fiddle with the sound delay. Hope I can get a remedy for this from Samsung.

ONLY LASTED FOR 17 MONTHS!

i had great expectations that this brand and model would last longer than the cheaper brands we have gotten in the past but we were extremely wrong. to fix was out of pocket and would have costed the same as getting a new one. i do not recommend this to any of my friends or family.

Best tv I've ever had .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV with suggestion from a good friend based on the idea that also had free TV connected to it also that is very smart and had multiple options for apps Unfortunately I've had a lot of moving in the last year and not due to my own choice somebody put your thumb in the top of the screen and cracked it and I no longer can enjoy my TV

This just what I wanted and more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just what I wanted. It perfectly replaced the TV I previously owned. It fits great in the area I have it setup. The whole family uses and enjoys. We have family movie night. It's like being at the movies. Our sons play there video games and have friends over to entertain. Saturday and Sunday is our football weekend. The picture quality makes you feel like you're right at the game. We add more speakers that gave use surround sound and it makes more awesome.

It's all I ever wanted and needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV lets me stream movies and TV shows and then I can switch over and watch all the normal TV programs that I want. It updates itself, so I never have to worry about fixing it, And if something did happen to go wrong there's always the support services that are right there in the TV. I swear by Samsung. All my TVs are Samsung, as well my watch 4 and my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Samsung has the best products on the market.

Samsung makes a better TV than Sony
