You can never go wrong with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Samsung TV.I was first introduced to Samsung more than 10 years ago by a friend and have never looked back.I use it mostly for gaming and streaming movies/tv shows and the technology keeps getting better and better.”Game Mode” is a terrific option which lowers input lag considerably,making it very useful when playing competitive online games.Picture quality and sound are excellent as always.The hardware feels premium and the UI is intuitive and fun to navigate.That's the beauty of Samsung,they're very reliable and consistent with their products.Whenever someone asks me to recommend a tv to buy my first and only option will always be Samsung.

WOW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE RECENTLY GOT THIS TV, I HADN'T EVER HEARD OF IT, OR THE CRYSTAL UHD 4K, BUT WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! THE PICTURE QUALITY IS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND IT COMES PRE-LOADED WITH CHANNELS (NOT SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS, LIKE FOR REAL CHANNELS!!) WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE SMART OPTIONS, THE PICTURES AND THE ACCESS TO THE CHANNELS, THIS WAS AN UNEXPECTED SURPRISE, AND HAPPY TO HAVE MADE THE LEAP!

Awesome when it works

i have had to have a tech come out twice in my first year of ownership due to bad motherboards. the tv just decides it no longer going to turn on. when this tv works the picture is beautiful, thats why it got a 3* just so many issues. it would have gotten a 5* if i didnt face all the issues i have had with it.

Easy to operate

I absolutely love this tv.

I have the one downstairs hooked up to my Samsung sound bar system and my Xbox series x. It makes my gaming experience out of this world. I love this tv and would definitely recommend it.

Pretty Good Over all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Show a great picture and in HDR. The few complaints would be firmware as you may need to update it manually to get the most out of it. It has however been flickering for two years randomly never enough to get a reaction but enough to be concerned at this point. I did see the workers drop the same tv I got but I don't know if it was the same one i received.

This TV failed after 1year 2 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We liked and bought Samsung TVs in the past but we are very disappointed in Samsung with the last one we purchased. It failed after 1 year. The main board B94-16105B (versionYE02) failed 2 months after the year warranty. I went to several tv repair shops and searched the internet and no one still has the board and can't get one. They all carry main boards for all other Samsung models except this model (UN58TU700DFXZA). This model must have been a ''lemon'' but Samsung did not notified the public. Please let me know where I can purchase this board. (B94-16105B version YE02) or please give me a contact number as to how to order this board.

Don't buy this tv

this is the worst tv i got from samsung, it broke down after the 1st month of normal use, fixed with warranty coverage, the lcd had to replace because of the malfunction, it turns on and off with the black screen. after a year it blacked out again with the same issue.

Love my TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without a doubt the most amazing maybe I've ever had. Growing up with as far as chibis and now having one of the best I've ever seen is a beautiful work of art thank you Samsung 5ax credible stuff clear as Crystal Clear point where I can pretty much feel like I'm really living inside the chibi it's incredible I wish I can get some more Samsung TVs in this house so I can feel like I'm living in a 3D World you can also put me down a list if you ever went to retrieve any more TVs because I haven't I'm Blown Away by the you can now the volume is afraid to Bluetooth hook up this amazing I can hook it up to my smart you know Smart Home twenty years ago he told me that but I could do with some of these TVs you if I would have told you your friend so in all honestly. Thank you Samsung short having amazing phenomenal goddess pose I currently have your AO 1 or 2 for Aris to 21 not know where but I'll soon but I would really like to be one of your tasks as soon as possible if she's leaving you an email back to me thank you

Internet Issues

will not stay connected to the internet. when i turn off the tv and turn it on it disconnects from the internet and the only way to correct it is to reset the network on the tv. i exchanged it for another tv and the second on did the exact same thing. i read online this is a common issue. had no idea and regret buying this tv. should have stuck with vizio products.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update.
