The manual is lacking an index to procedures making it very difficult to find answers. I very close to returning the TV. I still can't figure out if my MIRACLE-EAR Bluetooth hearing aids will connect or not. How do I find out?I have never had a more frustrating device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is still top notch. It updates itself and the apps available are addiquit. I use a sound bar, but the t.v. peakers sound is good. Knock on wood, but I've had no problems with my unit.

I have two other Samsung Smart tv's (10 and 11 years old) that have been great, and still are, that don't have near the features of this tv. That said, I am more than happy with the performance of this one. I haven't made , and probably want any adjustments on this tv. Its just remove from box, hooked up cable and wi fi. I guess because of my other TV's, tablets, and cell phone, didn't have much signing in to do. A great buy.

I USE IT FOR X-BOX X, MIRROR THE OCULUS TO IT, WEB BROWSING, NETFLIX, HULU, EVEN HAS ITS OWN CHANNELS AS LONG AS CONNECTED TO WIFI. MEETS ALL MY NEEDS AND THEN SOME. Being able to send what I'm doing on my iOS devices to the tv is awesome! The 58” smart 4K UHD is absolutely stunning, and has the whole apple app lineup I use daily! Even has the ability to use more than one Bluetooth speaker! Honestly a great tv! Iwish there was crunchtroll in your AppStore, and maybe make connecting to Remote Desktop easier please. Other than that, great job!

Bought two of these….43 and 55 inch. But YouTube freezes up on both. It appears the Samsung doesn't work well with YouTube. I bought these 30 days ago. So now I have no idea what I am going to do. Watching tv and having it freeze up is so frustrating. Did all the troubleshooting with YouTube. It is the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV primarily for my exercise room to get online training/ instruction and for gamimg, when the grandchildren visit. I shopped other brands just as I did before and after reading several reviews purchased another Samsung. My other TV was one of the first Smart TVs and this new model is greatly improved. If/when my old model stops working I'm not even going to take the time to compare, I'll just decide what size to get and then buy another Samsung. Of course I have a Samsung phone also.

The picture and sound would definitely be the primary reason, however I don't know where to begin when it comes to all the Apps we can use, the picture mirroring from our phones if needed, the Samsung TV channel, the Bluetooth accessory, and not to mention the easy easy use of it. Our TV brings our family together and we will never buy any other brand. Thank you Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Primarily use for streaming TV and video games. Picture quality is good but could be more crisp. Glare can get pretty bad if there's sunlight. There isn't a ton of on board storage so a streaming device is a must.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product produces crystal clear viewing. There are numerous free channels with Samsung Plus. I have purchased two of these televisions and will purchase more in the future if the occasion arises.
