Good TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is pretty solid for the price. Image is crisp and contrast is good. Decent refresh rate for playing games. Wish the interface was a bit better and wish the TV could be a bit brighter though. When it's sunny, the image can be hard to see. Good for a basement or dedicated media room. Also wish the UI for the smart TV applications was a little more user friendly.

Love my Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture, easy set up, tons of apps to choose from. The sound leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes even at a max volume of 100 I have difficulty understanding dialogue, then when a commercial or some kind of sound effect plays it blasts me out of my seat. Also would love to have a remote that lights up. I would definitely buy again though.

Great Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to replace my TV that screen was shattered during my move (less than 6 most old) the picture is very clear! I love being able to download the steaming apps in addition to Samsung TV, is definitely a plus! I have all Samsung TV's in my home and I love them, you can't go wrong. I haven't had a problem today. I've had other brands and they didn't come close. I have the Is Curved TV, the TV I replaced was a Samsung TV. I also receive compliments on how clear/sharp the picture is to the point of see pores on the actors/actress faces lol. The man definitely love watching sports and playing video games... For me it the Cooking Channels!

Solid Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV as an upgrade to our bedroom. Replaced an older 50” plasma with the new 4K LED. Picture quality 4.5/5 - deep and rich blacks and solid contrast. No blur during sports or rapid moving pictures. Only reason not a 5 is some glare with background light, even if light is dim. Sound 3.5/5 - for just a TV speaker it sounds great. Most films and even commercials are recorded in Dolby 5.1 so there is significant peaks and lows making volume control annoying. Switching to stereo helps but doesn't eliminate the highs and lows. Connectivity and Features 4/5 - Easy to connect to WiFi, google home, Sound bars, Smart things, and any other home network. Connecting to a Samsung sound bar is excellent, one remote controls the power on of the sound bar and connects immediately via Bluetooth. Had an issue loading apps but a full reboot of TV by holding the remote power button for 5 seconds resolved. Overall - great entry/mid level TV and hard to beat it at this price. I have slowly started upgrading each TV in the house to Samsung.

amazing tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model of tv because my samsung 6 series only had 60hz refresh rate, this 7 series has 120hz refresh rate and it keeps up with the video demand of my asus rog laptop. It is a perfect screen for gaming. For me if it ain't samsung, I won't own it.

I am thrilled with my Samsung TV

Love!

Great product and image quality

Bought this his tv almost a year ago when I got divorced. Took a hit on the size but the picture quality is just amazing. ‘The my 43 in TV. Just the wall mout adapter has stripped the 2 of the 4 female anchors on the back of the unit. Wish they better plastic/metal for the anchor ports as they are stripped after removing 1 once and I was cautious. Other then that 5 stars

Great TV so far BUT...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a Samsung fan and was in need of a larger size i started my search. It did not take long to find this 7 series 55 in Crystal UHD on quite a few websites and as I researched it I knew it was the one. Great picture quality price and smart functionality. Only problem i have had with it is i sometimes get a horrible screen flicker. I have not be able to track down what causes it but I think I have it narrowed down to streaming services. Overall happy with this purchase.

Great picture, poor connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this tv, at first. The picture is great for the price. But, after a while, it started losing connection to my wifi network. The tv would work, technically, but I would lose all "smart" functions. It would go weeks at a time, refusing to connect to my network; then, I'll turn it on, and it just happens to connect. It's very frustrating, because I really do like this tv.

Kranberie: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity.
