2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart tv works great in my new apartment. I use it to stream HD content and for 4K console gaming. The picture quality is great for my needs. It's my first Samsung TV and definitely won't be my last. The only knock I have on this TV is the audio. The volume seems to fluctuate sometimes between different apps and/or channels. My guess would be that it has to due with the actual volume levels of the content I'm watching but nonetheless, the loudness can definitely be jarring at times. Also, sometimes dialogue in movies can't be heard too well so I have crank it up to hear it. Then the next action scene would have loud explosions and be too loud, causing me to turn it down. I've read online that a great sound at would solve this problem. I hope to get one soon.

The integration with Xbox has been great which means that i no longer have to use that controller, just the Samsung one. I can also use the TV controller to manage my Samsung home theater system which I was not expecting. Always love Samsung.

Since this was for my bedroom I didn't really need QLED or 120hz screen, so why pay for it. I would definitely buy again if the need arose.

I couldn't be happier with the size and the Samsung operating system on the TV. There are really great options and very easy to navigate. The only issue I have with the TV is that the screen flickers all the time, and occasionally goes black in the upper left-hand corner. I have to turn off the tv and restart in order for the issue to go away. Besides that, it is a good TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of the tv is phenomenal. It's true to its name being crystal clear. You are able to view full picture quality from all angles. The tv is extremely sleek and thin. The back of the tv has a modern pinstripe finish. I mounted the tv on a tv stand and it was extremely light and easy to do. I love there is hardly any bezel around the screen. The audio seems standard to my other smart tvs, nothing to spectacular but that's to be expected. The remote has dedicated buttons to quickly go to netflix or prime video. I really enjoy all of the free tv apps. However with having so many options the tv does lag while scrolling thru the menus. Overall it is a great tv to watch movies and play video games on. I also would of liked more hdmi ports to support more devices being connected to the television. i had an old tv and this is my first ever tv purchase. it wasnt overly expensive but it still seems fancy. samsung tv plus is cool. i dont like the remote the pause and start button are tiny and hard to find in the dark. i wish it had a search audio feature. the interface where all the apps are is linear and doesnt populate by most recently used so i do alot of scrolling to continue my last episode
