Great tv, crystal clear and great sound quality

My mom bought 4 returned tvs a month or so ago, this one happened to be with the bunch. It does have a damaged screen BUT that's why it was returned so we got it for a much lower cost. The screen is progressively getting worse but I hope it lasts at least a year or two before I may just invest in a brand new one. Love the tv, the family tv we have is 10 years old, still works like a charm but changing the input to play on my playstation was mind breaking, this one however automatically does that with ease. Watching YouTube and Netflix is also really enjoyable as well. Hopefully this tv lasts as long as it can for me (once again because the screen was damaged hence a return resell at an auction and was not Samsung's fault but was the previous owners fault) I'll be sure to try and save so I can get another one as I just love this tv very much, even if it's a bit damaged. Performance is still very outstanding. (It's also the reason I even play on my playstation, my old tv is really small and far away so not so enjoyable)

We love the built in features of this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is nice and thin and looks like a top of the line model. It has a great picture either watching on a antenna or streaming. We can also use the remote to control our Roku. The unit is still new to us and we would like to start watching some movies to experience more of the picture and sound quality. Thank you

Very good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung makes alot of great products everything in my house is Samsung except my girlfriend iPhone but she's a little special we won't hold it against her, the whole family love the TV has great sound amazing picture only thing I would want is for it to have come with a voice active remote or at least a keyboard remote

Rather Disappointed

I'm rather disappointed in this Samsung model. I researched for months and thought this was exactly what I was looking for; but the screen is dark and colors do not pop at all like advertised. Others have commented about the same thing while watching my tv. Ironically, I got rid of my last tv because it had become so pixelated in dark scenes that I could not see anything. I was really looking forward to bright, crisp colors. I have also had a few incidents where the audio and video did not match up.

Hi Dziner99, Thank you for letting us know that you are not satisfied with the brightness of your TU7000 TV. I have a few recommendations which may improve your visual experience. First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, if your TV's colors are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Next, if your audio and video are not syncing up, it could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Great color .. (after adjustments)

i only gave 4 stars as it took a while to figure out how to 'adjust' to get true colors .. trial and error till finally turned "auto's" off ... my son has a samsung and i fell in love it .. when i first got mine i was disappointed and almost considered returning it .. color was off .. too dark ..even after trying to adjust .. plus the motion of people was weird. however, after my son went into "advance" adjustments and turned off the "auto" on everything he was able to finally get true colors and the "jerkiness" of movement stopped ... am now in love with my samsung ... so my advice .. if at first disillusioned with color, etc .. check into the advance adjustments .. turn off all "auto's" and see what happens .. :-) :-). in the mean time ... Great value overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased 3 of these televisions so far. Sound quality is above average from tv alone. Picture quality is excellent. Tech aspects are above average. Ease of use is average. Only problem I had was figuring out hbo max wasn't a compatible app for this model so I had to utilize the smart things app to connect the screen share feature. For some reason my phone and the tv won't connect for screen share if I don't do it through the smart things app.

Crystal clear. Great sound.

I choose Samsung TV's (which I have five) because I believe their speakers have a better sound than any other brand out there. Even without external speakers the TV is clear and loud. Music sounds like it should. Action sounds like true action.

The different Apps

Amazing Television

Whether I am casting from my phone or through one of the many applications available or my computer. I always get the best quality picture and sound. A big screen at last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Large TV ever and now I get what the hype is for. It's so nice to see everything on a big screen at home in detail. And the convenience of being signed into every app on your TV! And there's free TV and movies that Samsung automatically comes with that I didn't know about! The only thing is there is like 2 or 3 second lag with your remote pressing something and the TV responding to it, which is a teeny bit annoying but not something I can't live with.
