Amazing Tv

Crystal uhd

Great TV

The TV is great. I love it. My only little negative is the remote. I wish It came with a voice activated remote. I get the whole connecting an Alexa, and I probably will eventually. But the fact I have to do that. The remote I can talk to would make things so much easier. It just makes searching smoother and faster. Instead of pressing a bunch of buttons to get to an app.

Good hardware, as always... but terrible software

have a 55" samsung purchased in 2019, software is fine. this 58" in 2020, is extremely obnoxious. don't need tv apps or streaming because the tv is connected to a pc. thus don't want to press guide or exit button twice to get rid of home menu every time. just want a tv tuner and pc monitor. samsung needs to allow disabling some or all "smart" features. reset tv to remove my previous wireless settings, hoping all that junk would then disappear with it. instead the home menu along the bottom 20% of screen is now replaced with terms and conditions banner. and software interprets a single quick click of the remote's arrow button as being pressed multiple times. same behavior on samsung and logitech remote. location of inputs/outputs should be near center. had to reroute system cables.

What a great tv!

So many features, in so budget friendly product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used TV for gaming and streaming, and I have tried wired and wireless network connections. TV works smoothly in all scenarios and settings. I really liked the Netflix and Prime video buttons, so convenient. Casting content from iPhone is also easy and fast, I use the TV with smart things app, so I can control it via Alexa and google assistant.

Returned to the store

not happy with this tv at all. couldn't get any bluetooth device to connect. the picture was super dark and couldn't adjust it. we have a 8 year old samsung that has a sharper picture than this tv. very disapointed with samsung i guess their standards have gone down. we returned it the next day to the store.

Perfectly Planned Obsolescence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV on Nov 27, 2020. Ironically by the time I was sent this survey May 23, 2022 the TV has stopped working. A repair man is being sent out to look at it, quoting a new main board and panel maybe needed to fix. Which may cost more than I originally paid for the TV. I give this TV 1 star for only lasting 18mo just after the warranty. Perfectly planned obsolescence. Other then feeling like I was scammed the TV was great up until then.

It was the best decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV before this one was not loud enough for they master bedroom. With the new one they can hear it better and much clearer as well. The the cherry on top it that it works with apple devices to allow them to share content with each other and the rest of the family. Will get again for my place.

One of the best tv purchases ever!
