Great Overall Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall my experience has been neutral as I've owned the product for only around two-three months and upon turning on the screen one day there was a pinkish/redish tint to everything. It had seemed as if the brightness had increased too as pictures and images had blurred together and were no longer decipherable from each other. As far as before that, I had enjoyed it for watching and streaming movies or TV shows because the picture and colors are amazing. It also is acceptable for living room gaming as there is very little input delay but as far as refresh rate it could use some slight improvements. It wasn't intended for primarily gaming so it isn't a big concern compared to dedicated displays at higher price tags.

Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (version 1301.5) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. Exactly what I wanted!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying this TV, I had the same one since 2010. It was still working but I wanted something bigger and with better picture quality. When House of the Dragon started on HBO I wanted to watch it on the best screen possible and that's when I finally bought this Samsung. It is beautiful and easy to use! it is also the perfect size for my living room- that in-between a 55 and 65. I love that it was easy to just plug the tv in and get it going quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better product!
Not worth the price
so this tv is nice and its a nice quality tv. but i cant tell a difference between this 4k tv and my 1080p tv. also the samsung smart hub is super slow and not put togerher good. and the remote i got, the down arrow was broke coming out of the box. i was also told it works with alexa. even says it on the box. and it doesnt. or cant figure out how to do it. and i have even googled it. ill never buy another samsung.

This TV is wonderful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV primarily for streaming services as well as gaming. And I have to say it looks phenomenal. Everything I do through this TV just looks and sounds wonderful. It's bassy and has clear audio with a gorgeous image. The processor does great upscaling everything to 4k which is awesome when watching streamed movies and shows. Even the game mode has noticeable differences in quality all for the better. I also use a plex server with TV and setup was a breeze. There's tons of apps to choose from and utilize and has everything you could possibly need. Me and my fiance plan to purchase another at some point. The wifi connection is strong as well as the option to connect via hardline. There's even a steamlink app I use all the time in conjunction with my personal gaming pc! Hands down the best TV experience I've ever had.
Great TV up to date features

Hooked up to my security cameras so I can switch back and forth when there is outside activities I want to check on at the moment. My cat will sit and watch the shows, he loves the motion. Works wonderfully, sound and pictures are great at a reasonable cost.
Like having a theater movie in house!
My former TV was 16 Yrs old, the picture went out, so I knew it was time for a new one. As a shut-in, I had my daughter check them all out. Dons Appliance, Tyler TX gave me a good price on this Samsung 15”.Gee it was like having a house movie screen. I will never learn how to fully operate it, but am learning the controls. I'm on cable and need a larger cable controller cause eyesight is diminishing. Trying to get caption to enlarge too.Cable has white letters on black background.like I see better with black letter on white backgrounds.and for some reason they put some writings in blue. That is really hard to read. I will write Optimum a letter… anyway I really like the TV.

Watching movies, shows, and playing games are excellent and immersive thanks to the 4K High Dynamic Range picture that the Series 7 provides. The menu is easy to navigate and has all the necessities that I expect from a modem smart TV. This purchase turned out to be very excellent, and I send all my kudos to Samsung for providing a top-quality product for an affordable price.
I've purchased cheaper brand smart TVs like the Hisense Roku for example and it has all the apps available to download , I was surprised that Samsung doesn't have all apps , so therefore I had to spend extra money to purchase a firestick so that I can get the apps I need , other than that the tv is great I would recommend.
Best TV I have ever owned!!!

Wifi ability let's u have all your favorite apps right on the TV so no need for extra boxes or "sticks" to have something on your personal big screen. Very easy to set up which is big for less tech savvy people like myself. Really enjoying another great Samsung product in my home!
