Only noise you hear is when the ice maker dispense the ice into the bucket. Use a big cup When you dispense the ice though because I don’t think it’s line up to good for the cups we use. But otherwise we like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung Refrigerator with Touch Screen Family Hub. This one fits in between my kitchen cabinets just well. The counter-depth design saves me some space in my kitchen (not very spacious). Yes, the 22 cu. ft. volume is not a very pleasant fact. But it is enough for daily use of my 3-people family. My son enjoys doodling using the screen. And I can also play spotify while I am cooking. That is a very nice experience.

The storage setup inside is very well placed and makes it easy to know what you have and what you need via the camera.

Plus we figured if we were going to spend money on a fridge, we might as well make it a fun purchase! Love the ability to stream music while eating in the kitchen, connect to the fridge from our phone with the app, and use the whiteboard and memo features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this about 3 weeks so far so go love all features only thing I would complain about so far is that the icemaker is a little small and because I have the more expensive counter depth one and the icemaker is small but everything‘s working it’s going good thus far! Mentioned that Samsung Represent Albert Sapitanan was perfect, if it had not been for him. We wouldn’t have the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does this fridge look amazing. It has a wonderful layout and the lighting is clear and bright everywhere. The touch screen mega tablet interface is just amazing. My non tech wife has figured out how to use it and upload pictures and make a slide show by herself!! Now that's user friendly!

We purchased this fridge Sept 2023 and it had cost us so much money in spoiled food. We are unable to keep fresh produce in it because freezes it, cheese goes bad super quick inside. It even freezes my fresh lettuce that I store inside containers. The freezer is the same thing it over freezers food, icicles is always on the drawers and the shelves. The ice maker also doesn't make ice fast enough and sometimes fails to even come out. We have tk detach it from the maker and manually take it out. We have thrown out so much money from frozen berries and lettuce. I have made sure to keep the vents clear I'm the fridge, I've even pulled the fridge out snd vacuumed and cleaned the vents at the back

I bought this fridge a little over a year ago and since the day we bought it the ice maker has been terrible. It barely makes enough ice for one person and when it does start running out of ice it won’t dispense all of it. Other than the ice maker the fridge is pretty nifty.

definitely, this is the best refrigerator i have ever owned. so far, we are pleased with all the features, especially the family hub. this is a home-run with all bases loaded !!! the size of the refrigerator is perfect for our kitchen and the distribution of all the inner spaces is amazing. strongly recommended.

i love this refrigerator. the only problem is that the screen kept freezing up- couldn't swipe or anything. it was unresponsive. i did all the troubleshooting steps: the red switch in the top right, unplugged for 5 minutes...etc. nothing worked. so i noticed in the same location as the red switch (top right of the fridge) is a usb port. i put a wireless mouse connector in the port and started using the mouse to navigate the fridge screen. i then did a reset by going to settings, and it's been working fine. i just leave the wireless usb connector in there and if it freezes up again, simply grab the woreless mouse and reset it, or just use the mouse to navigate. i hope this helps!!
