This set is well packaged, beautiful and heavy duty. We love the Sunbrella fabric and the quick set up! Only the table required any effort other than unwrapping! Please remember to look under the chairs before reporting missing cushions! The covers are a great bonus!

I was nervous to order this online but I'm so happy that I did. The quality is much better than I expected for the price. The cushions are very comfortable. The furniture itself is a medium weigh.. meaning If your kid bumps into it, it will move and if was very easy for 2 people to carry each piece from my garage to the backyard. It's not so light that it would topple over or end up in the yard after a storm. The metal detail on the arms is a bit cheaper feeling, but it looks very nice. All of the pieces have adjusters at the bottom so you never have to deal with a piece being wobbly, and the covers fit each piece perfectly. Overall, I highly recommended and feel very happy with the purchase. The shipping was incredibly fast.

Very comfortable and stylish patio furniture Set. The armrests are wide enough to set drinks on. We loved the white glove delivery and set up. We did have a defect in the table and Sam's Club took care of us. We received several compliments on the set and I would highly recommend it

Initially hesitant to purchase furniture online but glad I did. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the set. It's beautiful, comfortable and generously sized. Pieces are lightweight/easy to move yet sturdy. Looks and feels like the more expensive sets at specialty stores. Table was easy to assemble (4!parts, 8 screws), all other pieces are ready to use out of the box. Included covers are a nice bonus. Cushions are dark charcoal grey with light grey accent pillows. Frames and table are dark grey/pewter. Was expecting more of a bronze/brown tone from the photos. We'll see how well it holds up to use but so far I'm happy with the purchase.

Beautiful set, excellent quality. However it arrived damaged. The box it arrived in was perfect so I have to believe it was damaged before it shipped. Both chairs had dents in the arms and a big dent in the coffee table. If it wasn't for the damage I would have given this a 5. The quality is much better than many of the more expensive sets for 2 or more times the price. The style is exquisite. The cushions are a little firm but very comfortable. Plus I'd rather have firm so they can soften over time. The covers that come with the furniture (a definite plus) fit perfectly and are easy to put on and off. I'd highly recommend.

Absolutely love this patio furniture. Great value. Comfortable cushions. Nice covers. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is only because one of the chair arms had a dent.

Overall, they look nice. The metals arms are a little more distressed then I was expecting. Also, the furniture is pretty light. Within days the wind had pushed them around on our deck. Lastly, the covers don't really have a good way to secure to the furniture. The majority of them blew off within a couple days so we ended up using bungee cords to hold them down until we can figure out a better solution.

They are good quality and color and shape like the picture.My arrived in time, but all ten screws to assemble the table were missing. After two weeks waiting for an answer for the vendor and, several phone calls to Sams, the solution was to send me another set. At the end I returned it, because I did not trust that happened again.

We love the set. It appears to be well made, and exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately one of the chairs arrived damaged. We called and spoke to a representative with Sam's. They asked us to provide pictures and an explanation by email, which we did. This was on 6/9/24. We received a reply that they appreciated our quick response and would be in touch within 72 hours. Yesterday, after 10 days we emailed the same person and asked for an update. So far we have not received a reply.

The set is very nice, well made and comfortable. However, it came missing a pillow. I immediately emailed sams and they told me they would check to see if another pillow was available and get back to me. I emailed them back 5 days later and they said a pillow was available and could be delivered in 6-8 weeks. They did tell me they would deliver an entire new set if i wasnt happy with the wait time, but it was very tedious for me to unpackage this set, set it up, put the table together and then get rid of the trash. My garbage people would not take the pallets it came on and they required the cardboard to be cut in small sqaures and tied. The chair is not useable without the bottom pillow, and i wont be getting the pillow until the Fall.
