They are good quality and color and shape like the picture.My arrived in time, but all ten screws to assemble the table were missing. After two weeks waiting for an answer for the vendor and, several phone calls to Sams, the solution was to send me another set. At the end I returned it, because I did not trust that happened again.

Love the furniture. Like the wide arms. It was packed very well so that there was no damage when shipped.

This is an awesome set comes pre-assembled cushions are stored inside. Very happy with the purchase. Well made and heavy enough that it doesn't blow around. Comes with covers that is also a huge Plus.

Beautiful set. Got a 2 because we had to go out and find screws to put the coffee table together. The screws were missing from the box. Their was a square cut out on the inside Of the box,probably where the screws were suppose to be. My guess is some one else was missing screws from and order so they took it from that box. Was not happy but decided not to try in explain to tired.

Beautiful set. Unfortunately we put the whole thing together and missing couch cushions. Have called multiple times and all I hear is it's on “back order” and they don't know when or if we will get them. Not an easy thing to pack back up and return. Will have to find my own cushions I guess.

Beautiful set, we love it! Glad I read previous reviews - I knew to look for the cushions under the chairs (thank you!) In addition, someone had reviewed that the cushions weren't the same color - they are all dark gray, but the lumbar pillows are a white contrast color - they are beautiful. The set is packaged in one huge box, and the sets are very well packed. When the boxes are moved around, things shift, and the protection for the table tops failed in both boxes (we ordered 2 sets, and each table had a quarter-sized ding. I called the Sam's Club number with the packaging (Sunvilla) and they were excellent. I only needed to take pictures of the receipts and the damage, and I have 2 new table tops - within 2 weeks. Excellent service!

This patio set was better than expected. Very nice finish and quality materials, pillows and covers for sofa, both chairs and the table. Yes I said covers. They furniture included covers, at no additional cost, to keep my furniture clean.

I absolutely love my outdoor set! It came complete with only a few scratches. The quality is great and Im very pleased with the set! Its perfect for my family to enjoy the outdoors!!!! I definitely recommend

Elegant, classy, lighter than what it looks, well made, arrived in one big giant box, coffee table needs a little assembly; the sharp corners are not kid friendly though which would be my feedback to the makers

We love the design of the arms and with the wicker that goes to the floor and looks substantial. Many other sets have spindle legs. Comfortable cushions and comes complete except for the coffee table. The box is huge as all the pieces arrive complete. We did have a damaged chair on arrival but customer service has been great. It is very light weight. We live in a wind prone area and the sofa has been blown around the deck.
