This is the first time I try this hot cocoa and instantly loved it. It has a rich cocoa taste with mild sweetness. It feels creamy and mixes well without effort. I highly recommended due to the good quality and bold cocoa flavor. Goes well with coffee as well.

I cannot wrap my head around how anyone can claim this stuff tastes anything close to Swiss Miss. This crap is absolutely horrendous. A total waste of money. It's been months since Sam's had the large can of Swiss Miss and the packets end up costing twice as much for the purpose the cocoa is used in our house (it's my coffee "creamer"), so after several months and reading many positive reviews, I decided to take the leap. Instant regret the second it hit my lips. It tastes like fake sugar and chemicals with this horribly artifical "creamy" texture I can't even describe. Other than it turns whatever you're drinking into liquid garbage. Never again. Zero stars.

This milk chocolate was okay. It seemed to have a little too much milk.

First ingredient is sugar, followed by coffeemate equivalent. Last is cocoa. Miserably sweet. Added 1/2 pure cocoa to 1/2 this to make it drinkable as hot chocolate.

I have been waiting for this to show up again...it really is the best tasting. Makes the most delicious cup of cocoa, mocha (add hot coffee instead of water) and hot chocolate bombs !

Hand down there is no other Hot Chocolate that can compare to Stephen's. Whether you use water, add milk, ice cream, cream, marshmallows, Stephen's Hot Chocolate tastes the best.

Don’t be afraid to add extra teaspoons. Using a sixteen or twelve ounce mug you have to. Very rich and creamy and very decadent. Does not taste too sweet or sugar. I pick up chocolate rich creamy goodness. 1/3 can left. Buying more. This is four times what Sam’s charges if you buy it elsewhere.

The cocoa tastes okay, very milk chocolate flavor. Personally, I prefer Nestle or Swiss Miss. I didn't like how it wasn't sealed and only had a plastic wrap around the lid, therefore covering my box in cocoa powder. Plus, it's not that sanitary to not have a sealed lid. I wouldn't buy it again for the higher cost. It should be packaged better for a "gourmet" product.
