This is a 5-star product based on customer reviews so I decided to give it a try and I was extremely disappointed. I don't even like the taste! This cannot compete with Starbucks' Via and some of the reviews made it look like its even better.

Soo happy to see it back, this is our favorite instant coffee! When visiting in Arizona or New Mexico we would buy to stock up, soo happy to see it at our local Sam's!

I’m not sure if I got a bad batch, but this was awful! As soon as I opened it, there was no smell at all. I returned it immediately—probably received an old stock.

I really love this coffee, the only thing that I hate is driving 30 mins to get it because they don’t have this at every Sam’s location. Please!! Bring some a little more closer , or sell it online.

This is the worst coffee I have ever had. Someone said on a previous review that it smells like pencil shavings. It really does smell like that and is so bitter that I can't even finish a cup. I can't understand how a product like this even exists.

Tried them all, this coffee is the best by far, even compared to drip coffee - overall flavor, richness, full bodied, no bitterness or other unusual aftertaste, just the best I've found

I love buying this coffee because is strong and has an amazing flavor. Whenever I see this coffee at Sam’s I buy 4 or 5 bottles. My family enjoys this coffee every morning.

It is the best coffee in the world, any coffee that bears the Juan Valdez label is the best!!!
