Please note that even if the 1-year parts and labor warranty has expired, the magnetron part itself is covered under a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty when purchased new from an authorized retailer. If your microwave displays an error code, try unplugging it for 10 minutes and then plugging it back in to reset it. If the issue persists, we recommend seeking assistance from one of our authorized service centers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! - S

To avoid uneven heating, we recommend to divide the food you are heating into smaller portions; if the food is frozen, make sure it is thawed; stir the food several times during cooking and make to cover the food with microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap that does not touch the food to ensure even cooking.
