This microwave is less than 2 years old and it died. It worked great when it worked. If you decide to buy this, make sure you buy an extended warranty.

We bought the whole surround kit and built a space to fit it when remodeling our kitchen. But out only lasted 2 years!! Hopefully we can get a replacement with the warranty. I think it is the magnetron tube.

I absolutely love this microwave. It has features that I have never seen on any other. Like, I needed to microwave 40 seconds. I could never do that before. Its a feature I love

This is the second Microwave bought from sams same model it stops working right after one year with an error code of H97, disappointing performance from Panasonic

I bought this microwave on January 2nd this year broke after 10 months and Panasonic isn’t doing anything about their product failing within their warranty

Looks to be a common problem. Unit was manufactured July 2021 and now I have a useless box. Great microwave when it worked. Panasonic needs to offer replacements and restructure the latch mechanism of their future models.

I've had $500 microwaves, and would say that this one cooks better than that one did. The reheat features and defrost work well. I'm on my second one, the original lasted almost 8 years. Plenty long enough for what you pay IMHO.

The safety lock on this is the most frustrating decice on the planet. You can disable it but as soon as your power goes out it's back on. Without this feature 5/5

Delivered as advertised. LARGE Powerful Microwave, Measure your area & footprint size. This Panasonic has a very nice LOOK outside and inside. Hopefully it will last for many years.

This is the second one I've had. The first one lasted 10 months. Decided to try it again since this one was updated. It has lasted only 4 months. It makes a loud pop then quits. Not worth the price or the hassle of having to replace it twice a year.
