Order placed online for pickup the following day. I was notified my order was ready for pickup. Five minutes it was loaded in my vehicle. Very efficient and pleasant experience. The product was a replacement for an older model

This is my second Panasonic microwave same model. My previous one lasted 10+ years and I liked it so much I had to get another just like it. Of course it’s an updated model but works just as great as my first one.

It was perfect. It fit right in to the holder above my stove. It is not small but not too large. I haven't had it long enough to rate it, but I owned another Panasonic microwave beforehand and loved it but it only lasted a couple years.

This unit is very well designed, more powerful than my wall mounted unit. Has large number of options. You will need to read instruction manual carefully to use all options. However it needs a large counter space.

Love it! This microwave is the best I have owned so far. It heats things very efficiently. I hope this one lasts a long time since my last 2 microwaves stopped working after a couple of years.

This unit is LARGE and does a great job of warming up and cooking. Only complaint is the door sounds tinny when open and shut. It needs heavier gauge of metal to beef it up.

Not crazy about the microwave. Always have to press a special Button to Unlock. Not really user friendly. Doesn’t recognize when popcorn is fully popped and consistently burns everything. Thinking about returning it.

I sooo love this microwave, has so many great features that I haven't learned them all, but I love the "stay warm" feature, and the "turbo defrost" feature, I had for a few weeks now and everything is great with it thus far!

This is the second one of this size from panasonic; the first lasted 8 years, good run for the money. This one is an updated version of the same model, works well but is noisy.

Looks sleek, and goes well with my other stainless steal appliances in my kitchen. Still got a lot to learn on properly using this to all its potential, so far has just been providing quick meals and warming up food.
