We've only had it for about 2 weeks, but so far it's a wonderful microwave! It's a lot bigger than the one we had before and we were able to purchase a trim kit for it so that it looks like a builtin! Highly recommend it!!!

This unit is LARGE and does a great job of warming up and cooking. Only complaint is the door sounds tinny when open and shut. It needs heavier gauge of metal to beef it up.

Products are fine. We are not happy about the new shipping charges for plus members. We might as well change back to regular membership or change to Cisco.

I love everything about this microwave except the child safety lock. We have no kids at home so it's an extra step we don't need. I disabled it per instructions but it keeps coming on again.

This was the 3rd Panasonic microwave we have purchased. They tend not to last very long, maybe 2 years at most but they are cheap enough where it doesn't matter much. The inverter function works really well to defrost meats quickly.

I've been using one like this for the past 15 years and it suddenly died. I am very happy to find this updated model. Happy! I absolutely recommend this Panasonic microwave!

The first one I bought, the box was damaged and I returned it due to a dent in the side. I bought 2 more afterwards and they both made noise like something was hitting the fan whenever it started and stopped. 3 strikes and you're out, I gave up.

This is a replacement of my old Microwave which is a newer model of my old Microwave. Love my Microwave so went for a same model replacement. I will definitely buy again when this one fails. Last one lasted 15 years.

Have had this microwave for a short time. We have tried a few of the features and everything is working. Just have to see if it will stand the test of time which the last two have failed (LG and Panasonic).

Best microwave that I have ever owned. It's bigger than I thought it would be, however I was looking for a bigger microwave that could handle our needs. Very impressed with all the options offered by this microwave.
