After reading a number of reviews, I had very mixed feelings about buying this. This is the third Panasonic I have owned, and it’s every bit as good as the ones before, if not a little bit better. All of the trivial little complaints that I’ve seen are exactly that: trivial little complaints. The oven works great and since I don’t sit in front of the microwave oven to watch it, cook, I don’t care that the internal light isn’t that bright. And since I don’t sit and stare inside the microwave, I don’t care that the interior is light gray instead of white. And since I don’t care that I have to push two buttons to get 30 second cook time instead of just one, I don’t find that to be an issue either. All around, it’s a great Panasonic microwave oven, which is what I have come to expect since way back in the 1980s.

Nice large size. Inverter tech is nice at lower power output to reduce food explosions from hot spots. But this oven has a serious flaw that microwave oven makes had solved decades ago: If I put a mug of water (or other drink) in it to heat it will boil over the top of the contents while the bottom is just barely warm. This means that every time I want a hot cup of drink I must microwave it for a minute, take it out and stir it, then microwave it again for another minute. None of the microwave ovens that I have used in the last three decades had this problem!

Large capacity, powerful, LED bright interior, great features, simple to use and sleek looking. Since microwaves lose about 50% of their power after 5-7 years, it's better to have a built in space for a countertop unit than to have a built in. At 1/3 less the price of a built in, this is twice the size and power!

I bought this Panasonic microwave because I liked the size and the features. It is a temporary replacement for my built in microwave that had a wire issue. (Smoke). With the world as it is I could not get my built-in replaced for 5 months and I needed one that was large enough for our big taco night parties. This works perfectly! Only thing I miss is no automatic 30 sec or minute. I love that feature for my taquitos. There is a 30 second button but you have to push start after pushing the 30 sec. I would definitely buy it again and this will love in my pantry once I get my other one back.

Great product at a very reasonable price. I love the intervertor technology with the smart sensor reheat. I also love the option of adjusting it to more or less. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and matches my air fryer. Cleanup is easy and I don't have those pesky fingerprint marks. All in all a great value and a product that works like it should.

We bought this microwave as a surprise for my sister and brother-in-law because their small microwave was no longer working. I have one like it, except this one is the newer version. They are so happy with the microwave and the performance. I explained to my sister about the turbo defrost and how fantastic it it. This microwave is great for large dishes, and since it is 1250 watts of power, it cooks food quickly without drying it out. Absolutely wonderful product!

So far so good. Only complaint is the print for the different buttons is hard to read AND the lighted digital screen for time etc. is very hard to read because the spacing between the numbers is too close. This was even commented on by my 18 yr old daughter. I like the size of the turntable and find it to be a quiet microwave. All other microwaves thru the years have been Sharp. This is my first Panasonic. I own a Bed and Breakfast and do a lot of cooking-including microwave.

Best microwave for the best price period. It's a big size microwave thats stainless steel and 1250 watts with all the features you love from Panasonic genius inverter microwaves and the best part is the features are all user friendly. If your in need of a new microwave or looking for your first this is the one to get and the price is right.

I purchaced 2 of these and had to return both. This was due to damage during shipping to the store. They must have dtopped the whole pallet of ovens, and then tried to sell them.

I purchased a microwave online and when I received it on 12-13-23, the microwave that was in the box was not what I ordered. I have called Customer Support 3 times and all three times I have been told they will get back to me. I have not heard back.
