I had been a smoker for 15 years and I don't smile much because I have yellow teeth.I have used "strips" before.I dont remember brand but they didn't work which turned me off of strips. I set a goal to have white teeth for my wedding in November and I had decided to get my teeth professionally done,until I came across these strips. Money back claim on the box was reasonable if unsatisfied. So, I purchased a box. After the 5th use of these strips, I am completely satisfied with the results thus far. My teeth are turning white! I will use these again and I recommend these strips to others. I would like to suggest to Crest to make the strip for the bottom row longer.

I drool so much when I use these and I can’t use them more than once a week or my gums and teeth get sensitive but weekly is enough. I like to put them on then get in the shower. It allows me to spit if I need to and the time goes by faster. Not a perfect product but the best I’ve found of its type so far.

I've been using these since march 2015 and I inmediatley noticed my teeth to be whiter but it wasn't until I compared pictures from before and after that I realized how much whiter my teeth were. They really work and now I really have a more luminous smile. I think I'll start using two packages per year so I see even better results

The best at home whitening strips I have used thus far. I tried using a different brand but it does not give me the results I am looking for. I have sensitive teeth and its ok for me. One negative thing about these is that I wish they still made the 2 hour express strips.

These were actually recommended to me by my dentist so I started using them I have had a couple of days where my teeth were sensitive but I don’t know if that was completely from the white strips most of the time I can use them and they are OK and they do really good at whitening my teeth

I use the Crest Professional Effects strips every 6 months for 7 consecutive days. I put them on BEFORE brushing. First, I apply chapstick to protect my lips from the chemicals on the strips (and any stretching or pulling I may do to my mouth in the application process), then I thoroughly dry the front and back sides of my upper and lower teeth with a paper towel. I apply the strips, pressing them into the grooves between my teeth and around my gums. I remove them after 30 minutes, rinse really well, then wait another 15 minutes before brushing my teeth with toothpaste and my electric toothbrush. I do this just to be sure my teeth wont hurt from brushing too soon after using the strips. It's probably not necessary for everyone, but I have sensitive teeth, so... better to be safe than wincing. I drink coffee and tea every day, so my teeth could get pretty dingy if I didn't whiten them regularly.

Hace dos meses empezamos a usar estas tiras,mi esposo tenia los dientes muy amarillos y en 3 semanas sus dientes se aclararon mucho,él está muy feliz pues un blanqueamiento en el dentista es super caro,en cambio en mis dientes no he notado mucho cambio,quiza porque los mios no han estado amarillos,pero tampoco son super blancos,al menos sé que funcionan y no nos produjo ninguna sensibilidad ni dolor y lo malo es que no siempre pegan bien,algunas tiras parecen no tener mucha fuerza para pegarse a tus dientes y se resbalan
