I used one package per day for 3 or 4 days and I saw results! They say to use for 20 days straight twice per year so I am excited to see my ending results. Now I am just using one package every few days. I use one package at night and there is sensitivity afterwards even when I drink room temperature water. When I wake up the next morning, I feel minor sensitivity and it doesn't bother me that much. The next day or two I feel minor sensitivity but it goes away after while. I had sensitive teeth before using the product which impacts it but overall they work great.

these strips changed my entire life. my teeth used to be YELLOW they are now as white as computer paper. every 6 months I get a new box even though I don't actually have too. your teeth will stay pretty much white for probably over two years.
