Instructions were easy to follow, Easy and fast to put together, and cover, sturdy frame and ready for use. I wished it was a full cover that zipped, not just a fitted cover over metal frame box.

Material is sturdy. Looks as pictured. It's 7.5" as advertised. Height of bed with this box spring is perfect, easy to arise from, without hurting my knees. Can't beat the price (full size $99)

This was so easy to put together. Another review said they couldn't get the cover on, and I was worried it wouldn't fit. But it was similar to a fitted sheet on a mattress, so it was super easy to put on. The base of the frame is metal, and everything you needed to put it together came with it. The wood slats had Velcro on them and you attach them at the already set length. This is for my son's room, as I had to get rid of his bed frame before, and he was just sleeping on a mattress on the floor. He might be a little rough with it, so I'm not sure how it will hold up, but so far it seems sturdy.

It took me about 90 minutes to assemble solo. The labeling stickers are hard to see at first - i recommend lighter color stickers. I thought some pieces did not have labeling stickers. I assembled it upside down the first time and had to unscrew it...the labeling stickers were placed in hidden spots imo. One of the nail slots did not fit for the nail to be screwed in in one corner but at least the other spots are secured. The wood planks are velco-ed on. The cover cloth however DID NOT fit for a king size. pictures are attached. I stretched them as best as I could. I dont think they took the width and length into account when cutting these cloth covers ...If Sams can please send the correct size.

This is not the way I am used to buying box springs! Had to be put together and is super low to the ground. And it just sits on on the floor , looks stupid to me and my daughter. Wish it wasn’t delivered and I was able to return bc I most certainly feel that I wasted my money on this !

This was purchased in lieu of a traditional boxspring and frame for a queen mattress. It came with wood slats that were on a velcro strip which attached to a velcro strip that was attached to the framing. This was probably the most complete and user-friendly item that I've ever assembled. They thought of everything with this diy "kit". Not only did they provide a hex wrench (key), but they even provided a small, but efficiently functional, ratchet tool. As anyone who has ever had to assemble something that had numerous hex bolts knows, it's hard to fully tighten them without the discomfort or pain that comes along with the process of using that hex tool. With the provided ratchet, it's super easy and fully functional. This is a wonderfully thought out kit. I am completely satisfied. A big thank you to the company who designed the Zinus Night Therapy!!

I was looking for a new box spring for my child's bed and came across this. It was a great price compared to traditional mattress box springs so I was skeptical. I am glad I took a shot on this because I am thoroughly impressed. I get it, you have to put it together but if that saves me $150 bucks... it's a no brainer. The assembly was a piece of cake and they even included a small ratchet tool for easy tightening.Even the shipping / packaging materials were thoughtful like wrapping protective foam in a plastic bag so it doesnt get all over the place if it were to get damaged. I will be buying another one of these when I need one next - no question.
