it came in a small but elongated cardboard box. it had four side and end rails and one that went through middle, all which bolted together and wood slats that were match to the size of frame ordered. the frame had a matching zippered cover that fit very well.

This came a week before I expected it. I unboxed it in my front hallway and carried the various parts upstairs to my guest room. I actually assembled it on the bed frame and it fit perfectly (my bed frame is about 67 years old and has slats, but the bed is too low and the slats too far apart for a new foam style mattress). I was concerned about getting the cover on, but I was able to tilt the platform on its side and zipper it in without too much difficulty. All in all a much easier project than I thought it would be for just one person to do. I’ve only given it 4 stars because I don’t yet have a mattress, so I haven’t actually used it. But I expect it will be just fine.

This was shown to be a box spring - it is just a frame

it was easy to put together. it took me longer then others to put together because I have a small place and it took me longer to put together in the small area of my living room which had the most space for me to put together.

This item arrived in a smaller than expected box. ( Read the item completely, you assemble ) It is no problem to assemble goes together quite easily and fits very well together, wood slats fit properly, cover over the assembled slides on with ease (2 people). Nice product.

We are so impressed with the quality of this box spring and couldn’t be happier with the price. My husband and I put it together, he was at one end and I was at the other. We just passed the included wrench back and forth. It took us no time to assemble and it very sturdy. The wood slats have Velcro to keep them on the base. My old slats used to fall off every time I made the bed. It comes with a nice cover too.

At first I was disappointed to see the reviews indicating the box spring was metal but after assembly I like it better than the older wood style box pring. Seems really sturdy and no noise. I'm sure it can take much more weight and last way longer. Not to mention the option to wash the cover which isn't an option for my last box spring.

Good quality heavy duty bedframe. The wooden slats are hooked together for easy placement on the velcor. I will be buying for my other beds!

Instructions were easy to follow, Easy and fast to put together, and cover, sturdy frame and ready for use. I wished it was a full cover that zipped, not just a fitted cover over metal frame box.
