My go-to milk. I rarely drink whole milk. The milk is lighter than what whole milk tastes like but it's not too light like you are drinking water. You still get the milk taste.

My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and this is extremely effective for him. I have used it in mac and cheese and you cant taste any difference from regular milk. It is a bit pricey but since it works we do not mind the price.
