This is a great product, I recommend it. It tastes like normal milk but doesn't upset my family's stomach. We also drink almond milk. I would say it just depends on personal preference

I'm lactose intolerant, I use this milk when cooking of when I like a glass of chocolate milk after a workout or milk with my Oreos. This doesn't hurt me when consuming it and has zero bad effects of the food I use it to cook or bake with.

My husband and my kids have belly issues and this option really helps with their lactose intolerance. It allows them to have cereal and all the good milk based meals without worrying about needing a bathroom or belly pain after.

I honestly thought that I'd never be able to drink milk since I'm lactose intolerant, but I thought I'd try it, and it was really, good, now you can taste the lactase in it, but that may just be me.

My daughter drank this due to having problems digesting lactose. She is picky and had no issues with this product. Rev comment if you have problems digesting lactose.

My son loves the Lactaid® Reduced Fat 2% Milk he is lactose intolerant ! This is the only brand he really likes . Wouldn't change this for nothing

My son is lactose intolerant so we needed a substitute for milk this was a great choice. The taste is pretty close to traditional milk and my son can drink as much as he wants with no issues.

Being lactose intolerant it's not alway easy to find a milk substitute, this is the best option. The cost, the flavor it's delicious! I use it regularly and don't I intend on stopping!

Just like the vanilla silk milk. Lactaid also tastes amazing! Very good in smoothies. Tastes just like “normal” milk. Cow milk. Would definitely recommend.
